Hôtel vétuste, réservoir bain douche vide, dérouleur papier toilette hs, rouleau sur le lavabo, WC noir de tartre,pas de brosse WC, ancien hôtel campanile,sale a l'extérieur tour de fenêtre rempli de poussière, baignoire inaccessible,il serait de changer pour des douches a l'italienne, l'extérieur ressemble plus à un HLM,sal,les actionnaires on racheter pour faire que du profi,il gère en même temps le premier classe, bien moin cher boucou plus confortable.il faut éviter impérativement les campanile très vétuste,un coup de peinture et hop on repart pour dix ans, pour vous les actionnaires qui se gave les baignoires cela fait longtemps que cela n'existe plus, merci de répondre, vous faites honte au tourisme,en espérant une réponse de votre part je vous souhaite de belles rentrer d'argent sur notre dos.

Le tarif par rapport à la qualité de la chambre et du petit déjeuner. Un scandale. La poignet de porte d’entrée donnant plein sud et qui brûle les mains, obligé de l’ouvrir avec la manche. La Clim qui laisse à désirer. Les femmes de ménage ne font clairement pas leur travail.

Manque de confort au niveau des lits et chambres très vétustes, qui mériteraient une rénovation importante. Il est difficile de comprendre comment une enseigne comme Kyriad peut proposer ce type de chambre à 77 € la nuit, hors petit-déjeuner. À ce tarif, le rapport qualité-prix est clairement décevant et il peut être préférable de se tourner vers un hôtel Formule 1.

L'emplacement hors du centre ville, le parking fermé la nuit, le prix heureusement peu cher en rapport avec la faible qualité de l'hébergement.

Cons:

Hôtel peu accueillant, mériterait des travaux de rénovation, montée d'escalier à rafraîchir, salle de bains vieillotte., état matelas pas terrible...Au petit déjeuner oeufs durs , fromages, semblent être des produits décongelés. Ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles

The hotel is conveniently located just off the A-64 motorway; it is very easy to find. The hotel has a good sized free car park on site. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with good facilities. The hotel restaurant is no longer available; however the breakfast had a good choice of food and beverages.

Cons:

The light switches mounted on the headboard of the bed are annoying; me and me partner inadvertently switched on the lights in the night disturbing our sleep. Apart from that, everything else was fine.
