Pros:

Lit très grand et confortable.
Petit dejeuner copieux
Cadre accueillant

Cons:

Les prix trop chers (180 € la chambre, + de 16 € le petit-dejeuner/5 € bagagerie).
Chambre petite.
Le menage n est pas fait quotidiennement sauf sur demande.

Un accueil très professionnel. Une mise en lumière particulière de Christine patiente, souriante, à l'écoute. Chaque question a sa réponse rapide et complète....

Établissement conforme aux attentes mais un rafraîchissement de l'accueil serait plus valorisant pour l'hôtel.

grazie allo staff, un saluto sia ai receptionist che al cuoco!
Pros:

staff molto gentile e disponibile. Camere ed ambienti confortevoli e puliti. Buona varietà e qualità del cibo dei buffet, sia per la colazione che per la cena

camera un po' piccola e senza frigobar e cassaforte. Un po' distante dalla metro: 1.2Km

It was just okay- nothing special at all.
Pros:

We liked the location although the trains sometimes were delayed or cancelled. Bathroom was good/clean so no complaints there.

Cons:

Need more lights to see, there was a questionable stain on the curtains that looked like blood, bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows weren’t the best at all- gave me a bad neck. When we arrived i found a few hairs in the bed. Staff were very rude from start to finish and the requested check in time was delayed an hour and as backpackers this made us change / remove plans we had. The smoke alarm had also gone off at 11pm and we was given the blame and met with a rude staff member after we explained it must’ve been steam from the shower when i came out, they threatened us with paying a fine and it made us feel very uncomfortable.

Bon séjour, hôtel moderne, entièrement rénové et très bien decoré

Bien situé, décoration moderne et soignée, literie confortable, très bon dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel
