L’accueil parfaite.

Cons:

L’état des moquettes du couloir.
La propreté générale de la chambre était très discutable. (Poussière sous le lit, un grain de raisin sous la table, 2 grands cheveux dans la douche…).
Les serviettes ont l’air d’être propres mais leur odeur est infecte; elles sentent le « chimique ».
Je l’avais déjà signalé lors de mon premier séjour en février dernier. « C’est vraisemblablement la lessive… ».

when we went for breakfast the cups were no where near clean and had so many stains on them. other then that everything else was okay

L'étape parfaite!
Pros:

Le confort, le personnel sympa et serviable.

Cons:

La salle de bain, propre, rien à redire à ce niveau là, mais on aurait préféré une douche fermée, mais ça ne nous empêchera pas d'y revenir :)

Great staff and convenient location, but poor cleanliness and maintenance mean I won’t be staying here again.
Pros:

The hotel is well located and easily accessible. This was actually my third stay here because it is very convenient for visiting my family. I would also like to highlight the staff, who were always kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. Despite requesting several times that my room be cleaned, it was never properly serviced. I also had to change rooms several times because of cleanliness issues. In addition, there was an unpleasant smell throughout parts of the hotel, which made the stay less comfortable. Sadly, after three stays, I don’t think I will return.
