L’accessibilité était simple. Le personnel était professionnel et agréable.

Cons:

La chambre était sale, la salle de bain des taches noires sur les murs qui n’ont pas été nettoyé, la cafetière pleine poussière et n’a pas été vider, le sol plein de taches noires et de la poussière. La couette était également tachée. La climatisation était en panne et il y avait une chaleur étouffante.

Catastrophic
Pros:

J’ai rien aimé du tout et plus jamais j’y retourne .

Cons:

On arrive à 22.30 et ils nous annoncent que la Clim marche pas dans tout l’hôtel, alors que le réceptionniste m’a appelé une heure avant pour me confirmer l’heure d’arrivé mais pas du tout mentionné le problème avec la Clim qui date depuis 4 jours quand même !!!!!!
On a passé la pire nuit dans cet hôtel éclaté sous 45 degré de chaleur, tu peux même pas ouvrir la fenêtre ou la porte parceque tout le monde passe devant et voient tout !
Bref c’était une catastrophe!

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Avec les fortes chaleur, il faisait très chaud dans les chambres et jusqu'à très tard. C'était désagréable.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas (en panne) et nous avons été prévenu en arrivant à 14h au moment de prendre notre chambre. Un message nous a été envoyé via booking après 18h alors que nous étions déjà là. Inadmissible !
