La signora alla reception, accogliente, gentile disponibile. E’ raro in una struttura così trovare una persona disposta a fare due chiacchiere e senza l’atteggiamento di superiorità che spesso si percepisce . La persona era di turno sabato intorno alle 19.00. Inoltre camere accoglienti, bagno grande, climatizzazione perfetta.

The room itself was comfortable and clean, and the hotel was convenient for an overnight stop during our family journey.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay turned into a very distressing experience. During the night, our car was vandalised in the hotel car park: three windows were smashed and four bags containing our family’s clothes and personal belongings were stolen.

We were travelling with our children and were on our way to Greece, so this caused considerable financial loss, stress and disruption to the rest of our holiday. We also discovered that the CCTV did not provide the security or evidence we expected from a hotel parking area.

I understand that the hotel cannot guarantee that a criminal incident will never happen, but guests travelling by car should be clearly informed about the actual level of security of the parking area, particularly if CCTV is not operational or cannot be relied upon.

Le personnel est très sympathique, l'hôtel est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bon.

Cons:

Deux véhicules avaient une vitre brisée au réveil. Le parking n'est pas sécurisé et des vacanciers laissent leurs affaires en évidence.

Las camas son cómodas y la habitación amplia, cuarto de baño también amplio. Todo muy limpio. Estábamos en una habitación familiar y estuvimos muy cómodos
