Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna, Pani w recepcji hotelowej bardzo miła i z wielkim sercem, za co szczególnie pragnę podziękować ♥️
Śniadanie bardzo dobre i nie zabrakło mi w nim niczego na co bym nie miał apetytu.

Byłem w tym hotelu kilka lat temu i wówczas sprawił na mnie duże wrażenie, dziś byłem i stwierdzam że dużo się zmieniło szkoda że na gorsze
Hotel ma już swoje lata i czas by stopniowo wymieniać stare na nowe i co by nie robiła obsługa hotelowa to widać że jest czysto ale staro. Brak szczotki do WC a łazience pokojowej, wadliwa instalacja elektryczna, nie wszystkie lampki w pokoju działają a te które się palą przy włączeniu mrugają i zapalają się z wyraźnym opóźnieniem

ogólne pobyt w hotelu oceniam pozytywnie pomimo opisanych niedogodności

lokalizacja dobra - w zasadzie w cichym zakątku Poznania, dość dobra komunikacja z śródmieściem oraz pozostałymi dzielnicami, miła obsługa w recepcji oraz obsługi kelnerskiej, śniadania tzw: szwedzki stół dostosowany do upodobań gości hotelowych, na plus doliczam możliwość wykupienia posiłku obiadowego w restauracji hotelowej. Gdybym poszukiwał hotelu w Poznaniu skorzystałbym powtórnie.

Pomieszczenia ze względu na dość intensywne użytkowanie wymagają odświeżenia powłok malarskich, wskazane byłoby dostosowanie klimatyzacji do upodobań klientów -zbyt głośna jako klimatyzacja centralna której w pomieszczeniu nie można wyłączyć, pokoje mogłyby być dodatkowo wyposażone w radioodbiorniki, pomieszczenie łazienki mogłoby być wyposażone w dodatkowy wieszak otwarty na ubranie.
