Pros:

De service van de dames van het hotel was fastastisch! Ze waren heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Daarnaast lag het bed heerlijk. Het zwembad was ook top.

Cons:

Op bepaalde momenten haperde de wifi en TV. Toen het flink regende was het fijn geweest als alles goed zou werken. Echter had ik 5G dus dat was het geen probleem.

We enjoyed our stay and would definately recommended it as a place to stay while visiting Da Nang
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent choice and variety. The staff were very kind and helpful and attentive. The location suited our needs and was lovely. There were some good options for food and coffee nearby. Easy to get to mini marts and walk to local markets.

Cons:

The rooms were comforable but could have had a little more attention to detail in the cleaning. Bath towels were small and felt old. It would have been great to have had towels for the pool provided. It would have been good to have some additional drinking glasses in the kitchenette.

Unenjoyable. I considered leaving as soon as I walked into the room!
Pros:

It was very poor. The pool is the selling point of the hotel but other than that it has nothing to offer.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty. Stained towels were supplied. Breakfast is basically at the reception desk. It wasn’t relaxing. Nothing but noise from the cleaning staff.

Definitely worth considering when you go to Da Nang
Pros:

The staff is super polite and helpful. They were always ready to help and give advice. The hotel as a whole is very pleasant, the pool is particularly nice.

Cons:

Nothing specifically. When I was there the laundry service was not operational but that was seasonal so not due to issues.

Pros:

Everything about this place was amazing. We had a great time here and the breakfast really good. The place is clean and rooms are super comfortable. All of the staff made special efforts to us and other travellers to make sure the stay is memorable. A special thanks to Zoey who was just the best. She made us feel extremely welcome from start to finish and even hand wrote some places to see on the next part of our holiday in Hanoi. Thankyou to all of the staff for helping to make this holiday amazing and memorable.
