Empfangspersonal, Frühstückspersonal, Lage, Zimmer - alles sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Aufmerksamkeit der Bedienung in der Bar ließ leider etwas zu wünschen übrig. Auch die Speisekarte im Restaurant könnte aus meiner Sicht für solch ein Haus etwas umfassender und qualitativ hochwertiger sein.

L’emplacement au centre ville. Cadre exceptionnel. Personnel prévenant.

Cons:

Rapport qualité /prix inférieur à celui d’un vrai 5 étoiles. Chambres fort sombres manquant un peu d’intimité par manque de rideaux. Pas de vraie climatisation mais bien un appareil bruyant.

The room was exactly as the photograph described. and the attention to detail was perfect and so picturesque. The staff made our experience even better and the service was 10/10. Ideal place and 5 minutes to the best spots in Prague.

Sehr schönes, zentrales Hotel!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, vor allem die Rezeption, super Service!

Hunde sind im Mozart auch sehr willkommen, was unser Hund genossen hat.

Auch das Frühstück, kleine Auslage, welche ständig nachgelegt wird, alles da, um in den Tag zu starten.

Wir kommen wieder. :-) mit Lilly!!!

Wunderschönes Hotel mit Ausblick auf die Prager Burg

Super Lage und sehr schönes Ambiente. Sehr stimmige Einrichtung und absolut zuvorkommendes und nettes Personal.

Cons:

Jetzt jammern wir auf hohem Niveau
Das Frühstück entsprach nicht dem Sterneniveau des Hotels und war bestenfalls Standart. Ein Kosmetikspiegel im Bad wäre wünschenswert.

מזגן לא מקרר בכלל , עברנו 3 חדרים בגלל המזגן וזה עדיין לא עזר .הצוות קצת הקטין ראש.

Ein tolles Hotel durch und durch! :)
Pros:

Für einen Städtetrip nach Prag liegt das Hotel einfach nur perfekt. Es ist komfortabel, wunderschön erhalten und die Zimmer geräumig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühren sind etwas hoch für meinen Geschmack.
