LA SITUATION PRES D UN PARC

Les volets ne pouvaient pas s ouvrir : la tige pour les ouvrir étant cassée, les portes a fermer ou à ouvrir fonctionnées très mal , il fallait les pousser ou les tirer très fort, d'ôu l'angoisse de ne plus pouvoir les ouvrir et sans pouvoir ouvrir les volets nous étions prisonniers ds la piéce, et le pire, c'est la clim, il faisait très chaud à l'extérieur et la clim fonctionnait mais meme au maximum elle ne fournissait pas d'air frais, une véritable fournaise ds la cbre , la gérante a reconnu comme toutes les clims fonctionnaient en même temps, elle n'avait pas assez de puissance pour assumer, si bien qu' 20 H nous avons décidé de partir, nous étions arrivés vers 16 H 30. Aussi pour toutes ces raisons , je me sens flouée et vous demanderai de faire un geste financier pour tous ces désagréments, j'avais choisi un hôtel avec la clim pour pouvoir passer une nuit au frais, faisant très chaud chez moi, d'ou la très grande déception.
