Durante a estadia, verifiquei que a cama não foi feita, o quarto não foi limpo as toalhas não foram trocadas, as funcionárias da limpesa nunca entraram no quarto. Eu fui há recepção pedir para trocarem as toalhas, assim fizeram, a preocupação do funcionário quando chegamos para fazer o Chek in, por volta das 24 horas pm, do dia 20-05-2026, foi para fazer o pagamento total, quando deveria ser feito quando fiz o chek out, normal em qualquer hotel, foi triste, mas os funcionários foram muito amáveis, a culpa aqui é da GERÊNCIA do Hotel, não sabe tratar as reclamações a bem dos clientes. Eu tenho 50 anos de hotés de 3, 4, e 5 estrelas durante a minha actividade profissional, foi a primeira vez que me deparei com uma situação destas, reafirmo culpa da GERÊNCIA e neste caso do funcionário da noite, Chek in, que não explicou a situação. O que dizia é que tinha de pagar na hora de entrada, assim fiz.

Cons:

Poderia sim ter corrido melhor se a higiene dos quartos, eram três quartos, tivesse sido feita, quanto aos funcionários nada a dizer. Pessoas experientes e prestáveis com excepção do funcionário da noite, não soube explicar as situações em relação há estadia, o qual fez toda a diferença em transtorno, preocupado em receber.
