The location was close and convenient to everything I wanted to attend. I was down there for a weekend to celebrate Pride and it was phenomenal.
What I was concerned about was while enjoying the pool there were ladies in the pool, drinking wine or champagne from a glass bottle and with glasses real glass. The pool strictly says no glass, and I was concerned that the hotel did not enforce their ruling was my main concern.
The location is good and the staff at the reception desk was very helpful.
.The reason for the low score is because after our stay the hotel inappropriately charged our credit card $408. When I contacted the hotel I was informed the charge was to clean the room because of smoke. The issue is that we did NOT smoke in the room. My family does not even smoke. Now I have to contest the $408 charge with my credit card company. This is a terrible way to end a good vacation and I would not recommend people stay at this hotel.
From the moment we walked in, staff were exceptional. Very nice and assisting. Hotel was very clean and the live entertainment in the evening was an added bonus.
My girlfriend and I stayed at Hyatt House Nashville Downtown/Convention Center to celebrate her 21st birthday, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
Before our arrival, I reached out to the hotel to see if there was any way they could help make her birthday extra special. Not only did they accommodate our request for an early check-in, but the front desk team also went above and beyond by preparing a thoughtful birthday surprise and personalized card for her.
I especially want to recognize Jamario Mathis and Jessi Diggs. They were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. Their hospitality was outstanding and truly made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.
The hotel itself is fantastic—clean rooms, great amenities, an excellent location within walking distance of Broadway and Assembly Food Hall, and an overall wonderful atmosphere. The indoor pool is also a huge plus!
Thank you to Jamario, Jessi, and the entire Hyatt House team for helping make my girlfriend Mariana’s 21st birthday unforgettable. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville.

It’s in walking distance of everything we only moved our car once
The parking was tight and it wasn’t explained that we had to pay for parking while booking. Also we were running out of tissue last night we went to go get it they said they would bring it but it’s the next day and we still don’t have any
