Unfortunately there were no bath towels or face towels in the room.

The room was a little small and parking garage was tight for a bigger vehicle. But all good

Food offering was awful the pizza was tiny and tasteless. Very limited menu.

Parking costs are pricey - $50/night. The walk to downtown isn’t bad - but there are closer locations. The surrounding area has some eyesore views

Ich finde, ein Wasserspender oder Wasserflaschen im Zimmer für den Preis und solch ein Hotel sollten ein Minimum sein. Ich bin immer ins Gym gegangen, um mein Wasser aufzufüllen.
Ansonsten kann ich mich nicht beschweren. Der Preis für das Hotel und parken sind recht hoch, aber definitiv noch gut im Rennen mit vergleichbaren Hotels in der Umgebung - das ist einfach der Rahmen dort.

It was not mentioned at booking about the parking fee and we were not told at check in that the room would not be cleaned until the 3rd day, we only had a 2 night stay and that would have been fine if we had at least gotten fresh towels or been able to request that before getting back to our room after a full day of touring etc and having to wait almost 2 hours before towels were brought after we asked the front desk.

The parking is outrageous for one night over 50.00

My biggest critique is that we stayed there three nights, at a cost of $200/night, and did not have our room cleaned once. I called the front desk twice to request a room cleaning, and both times they said they would send people up and never did. I requested new towels and for the trash to be taken out multiple times (things get dirty when you're with the girls on a trip to Nashville!) and it never happened, despite staff telling me both times it would. By the time we checked out, the room was in a dire state. Even though our stay here was generally positive, I wouldn't stay again because of this.

Onto other small things: although the hotel is a short walk from Broadway, there isn't anything in the immediate vacinity, so you will still have to walk if you want to grab a drink or bite to eat. It was in a more industrial part of downtown, so we passed by some dodgy characters late at night, including one guy who kept asking to use our phone, so be alert.

Upon checking in, the hotel signed me up for text alerts regarding their happy hours and events, which I did not agree to and found really annoying.
