Pros:

Breakfast was ok. No sweets, like danish. Location was great. Not too far of a walk to Broadway. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Cleaning staff very nice and accommodating

We enjoyed our stay although there are some areas for improvements.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was basic with very few options and the same menu each day. Also, the only meat option available was pork sausage links. My family does not eat pork. The eggs were powdered eggs full of bell peppers and enough seasoning to cook a chicken. The fruit was not fresh. The orange juice was watered down tremendously. Apple juice was okay. There was no waffle maker. Only bread. I'd just call it safe to say stick with the cereal option. Not really much more to choose from.

Pros:

The front desk offered to us a happy hour between 4pm and 6pm for 1/2 price, we asked the bartender what's including, and he said beer, wines, and margaritas. So we ordered margaritas and he charged us a full price. We are not happy with that.

Pros:

The hotel overall was clean and close to Broadway.

Cons:

Some of the girls at the front desk were just so rude. We Never got fresh towels and we asked 2xs and called once, so 3xs all together, and the air-conditioning didn't work that well.
I will never stay there again, especially what I paid for and what the rates were.

Go visit Nashville and stay @Hyatt
Pros:

Upgraded to an apartment that was extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Location was great walked to Beale street. Everything was great, large breakfast meals area with a bar.
Nashville a must do.
