Frühstück sehr dürftig und lieblos

Cons:

Zustellbett extrem wackelig und unbequem
Shampoos in der Dusche waren komplett leer

Modernes Haus mit gepflegten Zimmern.
Pros:

Sehr geräumige Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten erwartete uns hier. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, auch wenn wir die Eingangshalle als Ort für das Frühstück etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig fanden. Das scheint jedoch der neue Stil zu sein Businesshotels zu bauen. Es fehlte uns jedoch an nichts, und für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt war das Haus für uns ideal und ruhig gelegen.

Cozy & chill
Pros:

Calm, cozy and chill hotel. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Had all amenities I needed, small fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would definitely come back. Loved the outdoor seating for coffee and smoking area.

Dogs NOT free!
Pros:

Ii loved having breakfast.

Cons:

The surprise of paying for my dogs. The booking.com site I used mentioned free for dogs. So I messaged three times on the app but no response. When I went to the counter the reservations person informed me that the cost was 25 euro a night PER DOG! I had prepaid and she wouldn’t cancel so I was stuck!

Great, comfortable rooms & exceptional staff. My go to location when I am in the Frankfurt area.
Pros:

Great rooms and a decent breakfast. The staff are really nice.... especially Fayven & Nancy. They were very helpful & supportive when I was there & an example of how customer service should be

Being unable to get lunch or an evening meal at the hotel
