Le cadre et le confort de la chambre avec magnifique vue
Rent og pent. Dette er et stort golfhotel som ligger pent til. Hyggelig personalet på hele hotellet særlig i resepsjonen
Det var ikke lett å få drosje til sentrum, men personalet var behjelpelig.
The reception staff were very warm and helpful. The sea view room we had was a lovely, clean, spacious modern room with a very comfortable bed. The swimming pool area was a gorgeous area to relax and swim.
A very business conference feel to the hotel rather than a holiday vibe besides the pool area. The location was not the best as it is about a 30 min walk to Sitges with a steep return climb at the end. There is a limited (8 people at a time per hour) hotel shuttle service from 11am but it stops running after 6pm and is not particularly reliable. Eating and drinking facilities were also limited on their times if even open. As lovely as the room was, the sound proofing is not great especially with the busy rail line that is not that far away from the hotel. Overall, it does feel that the focus here is to prioritize conference attendees more than the holiday guests. We loved Sitges and will return but not to stay at this hotel.

The Hotel was good
The Hotel was too far out from the centre of Sitges .The Restaurant was too expensive. The shuttle service to Sitges finished too early both ways
The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities, a lovely pool area and impressive views. The reception staff were also professional and helpful when we raised an issue.
We ordered room service, and the 20€ sandwich arrived in a condition that was simply not acceptable, especially considering the price and the fact that this is a 5-star hotel, half of the listed things thats should have come with the sandwich did not. The full room-service order came to around €50, which we had to paid in full.

Il nous a été annoncé par alerte sur les téléphones en fin de journée soit 17h d une arrivée dans la nuit d une tempête par conséquent il aurait été judicieux dz rentrer à l abris pour la nuit les tapis de transats à la piscine !!! Mais rien n a été fait donc le lendemain impossible de se reposer à la piscine sur les transats tout trempés !!!!
Pour un hotel 5 étoiles c est inadmissible ! Et la personne me dit au nez en plus !
La maintenance de la piscine et ses services
They had a very loud wedding in the venue the day we got there, so we couldn't enjoy the pool or the facilities, and had to put up with the music at night. When we left the next day, we heard they were having another wedding! The poor people that were there for the weekend, probably had it ruined...They sould warn guests they are having an event and the facilities will not be available, that was very disappointing.
