Soggiorno piacevole e staff eccellente

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva.

Fin dal mio arrivo, il check-in è stato rapido ed efficiente. Il personale della reception si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, cordiale e sempre disponibile a fornire assistenza con professionalità e cortesia.

Un ringraziamento particolare va anche allo staff della colazione, che si è distinto per l’attenzione verso gli ospiti, la disponibilità e la cura nel soddisfare le diverse esigenze dei clienti.

La camera era essenziale ma ben curata, pulita e confortevole. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la temperatura della stanza, sempre piacevole e ben regolata, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

Nel complesso, una struttura accogliente con uno staff preparato e attento al cliente. Consigliata a chi cerca un soggiorno pratico, piacevole e senza inconvenienti.

Très bien accueillis avec gentillesse et bienveillance par le réceptionniste
Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt que prévu, et avons tout de même eu une chambre où nous avons pu nous reposer un peu après avoir fait de la route
Nous avons été accompagnés jusqu'à la chambre qui était confortable et calme
Avant de nous quitter, le réceptionniste c'est assuré qu'il ne nous manquait rien
Le petit déjeuner très copieux avec du choix
Une adresse à garder et un réceptionniste à revoir avec plaisir

Hôtel fonctionnel et mieux équipé que d'autres hôtels premier prix, à un emplacement pratique pour une halte sur le trajet.

Cons:

Attention aux arrivées tardives (23h). Quelques heures avant, il m'a fallu appeler et discuter pour être sûr d'avoir accès, car au départ ça n'était pas possible.
