הפקידים בקבלה לא נחמדים ולא מסבירי פנים כשמדברים איתם הם נותנים הרגשה שמפריעים להם ארוחת הבוקר קטנה וממוצעת לא השתנה שום דבר שנים פעם שנייה שלי במלון הפעם הראשונה הייתה טובה שירותי כביסה יקרים מאוד ! אין זרם מים במקלחת בכלל! הביקור השני היה מאכזב מלון של 3 כוכבים לא 4

Pros:

Location wise it was perfect. You can walk to old town in 15 minutes. The room was good. Absolutely comfortable bed and excellent wifi. Bathroom was nice. The lady during the check in helped us to check in earlier. Generally a typical Leonardo Standard.

Cons:

On the day of the check out , I just asked for a cup of coffee and the person was a bit grumpy. I told I can pay if it is a problem but he said it is ok reluctantly. Just smile next time. Also the shower head can not be fixed. It needs a check.

Great clean comfortable hotel within walking distance of all attractions.
Pros:

Excellent location. Walking distance from everything but away from the madness. Amazing breakfast & good value.

La posizione della struttura molto centrale permette di raggiungere facilmente quasi tutti i punti turistiche, le camere pulite e lo staff molto cordiale e professionale.

Cazare excelentă
Pros:

Pozitia excelenta a hotelului.
Curatenie impecabila. Patul a fost foarte bun si m-am odihinit excelent.
Micul dejun are o oferta larga.
