Very disappointed in this hotel on this stay.
Pros:

We went to the lobby about 45 minutes before breakfast closing time. They were completely out or two items and we asked about a third item, oatmeal and their response was that someone must have taken the pan and that they did not and would not have oatmeal. Very strange.

Cons:

Lack of breakfast food. The first king room that we were given, the A/C was broken. After complaining about the lack of A/C we were given a queen room instead of our king reservation.

From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming! You cam tell the employees enjoy working here. The place was super clean, breakfast was great! Great location!

Clean rooms, near to the city centre.

Cons:

The hotel was generally satisfactory, but the room was rather small for four adults. We booked a quadruple room; however, the sofa bed for the additional two guests had not been made up on arrival. We also had to ask for two extra sets of towels, as only two had been provided.
Breakfast was basic and the dining area was too small for the hotel's capacity. It would have benefited from having at least twice as much seating available.
Check-in was also quite slow, as it took the staff a considerable amount of time to locate our reservation. Ultimately, I had to show them the booking confirmation before they were able to find it.

Loved the convince to all the parks. We did not have a car so was walkable to everything we wanted to do.

Pricey due location. Fantastic hotel however you pay a premium for location.
