A good selection of amenities in the bathroom.
The room was incredibly dated. The bathroom had cracked floor tiles, the whole bathroom area was incredibly small.
I felt like I was staying in an office block.
The location is convenient, with a train station less than a five-minute walk away, making it easy to get around. There is also a small 7-Eleven located on the ground floor of the building, which is handy for snacks and essentials during the week. If you need to exchange currency, there is a self-service exchange machine conveniently located in the lobby.
Because the hotel is situated in a business district, the area is quieter on weekends, which we actually found refreshing after spending time in the busier parts of the city. Despite the quieter surroundings, there are still plenty of excellent restaurants and bars within a 10-minute walk.
Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, tranquility, convenience, and exceptional service. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sophisticated boutique hotel experience.
Nous avons grandement apprécié l’intervention de Mina Ito. C’est une personne très gentille et très avenante qui a su réglé notre problème. Lit confortable et snack en PM et le soir.
Internet très lent, lorsque nous avons eu la première chambre, il y avait une odeur de fumée de cigarette. Avec l’aide de Mme Mina Ito nous avons changé de chambre pour ne plus sentir l’odeur de cigarette dans la chambre. Malgré le fait que c’est indiqué que la chambre ait une grandeur de 28 m2. Elle nlavait sûrement pas cette grandeur nous l’avons trouvé très petite. La journée de notre départ, il y avait un typhon, notre vol a été annulé et il n’y a pas eu d’arrangement possible avec l’hôtel. Nous n’avons pas vraiment apprécié l’attitude de l’hôtel dans des circonstances d’urgence. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller dans une situation difficile à la pluie et au vent. Très loin du centre autour de l’hôtel très peu d’activité loin de tout.
The facilities
Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber. Die Zimmer sind für „europäische“ Verhältnisse kleiner als man sie kennt, aber trotz allem sehr schön und es fehlt an nichts. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilft bei allen Fragen. Man ist eher in einem Business Areal, aber wir fanden das super, da es nicht so touristisch ist war. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist nur einige Meter entfernt. Absolut empfehlenswert
Really great hotel, massive room, great view, great amenities, comfy bed.
No spa availability, and also no bell service for luggage, though you can store luggage after check out, there's no one to help with your luggage to get from taxi to your room.
