Pros:

The staff went out of their way to assist us with any request we had, especially Mummy. The breakfast was a feast- everything you could wish for. Even bubbles, if you desire it that early in the day.

Very clean and very nice room. The service and staff were absolutely fantastic, all of them.

Cons:

Location-wise was not great if you are planning to explore the key areas of Tokyo. I think it’s a bit of a stretch to call this hotel 5 stars

Very clean, good ammenities, very friendly staff.

Cons:

Rooms beautiful, clean just VERY SMALL especially considering it was more expensive per night than the other 4 5star hotels we stayed at that had much bigger rooms. My wife and I were tripping over our luggage and couldn’t walk past the end of the bed without letting the other go first.
Small gym but ok. Not close to anything for tourist. Good for business people maybe.

Pros:

Posizione ottima vicino alla fermata della metro. A 10 min a piedi dalla Tokyo Tower

Cons:

In camera si percepiva un po’ di umidità. Però accendendo il deumidificatore presente in camera, si risolveva il problema in poco tempo.

Fine for a night or two before heading to the airport
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and helpful and the rooms were exceptionally clean.

Cons:

The room was so small that you couldn’t open a suitcase. The rooms were also very outdated. I felt like the photos online were deceiving on how small the rooms were.
