Overall had a good stay for four nights!
Pros:

Very good location. Direct connection to all major stations across Tokyo, you only need to know your way around the right entry and exits.
Amenities and products were good quality. Complementary lounge access.

Cons:

Rooms and the hotel is a bit old. But it’s overcome by good quality products.
There were some shortcomings with the customer service, after I raised the issue, the manager addressed it promptly.

Bel hôtel et bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour central à Tokyo
Pros:

Super hôtel un peu vieillissant au niveau salle de bain et certains équipements mais super bien situé, belle vue, très bon rapport qualité prix pour un 5*

Cons:

Salle de bain qui mériterait un peu de travaux, toilettes dans la sdb, chambre un peu humide

Pros:

Bedroom was beautiful and comfy! It's an 11 minute walk to the Yamanote Line. Breakfast was delicious. I love that there was Natto and Mentaiko.

Cons:

The laundry service is not free. Also you do not see the tower. There is not much in the area.
