Room and surroundings nice.
Pros:

Breakfast was great.Rooms were nice and clean.

Cons:

We had no A/C in the bedroom both nights. It was so hot we barely slept.Room

Pros:

The AC in our room was not working and I basically had to beg to be moved. Also the bathroom was filthy, I could see pink mold on the head of the shower and mildew along the bathroom tile.

It is the worst customer service ever.
Pros:

Please avoid this property especially at Palm spring.

Cons:

I have two nights to stay there. I called them two days before and I informed that I will not arrive on Friday. The lady is front desk, she said that’s totally fine. I went on Saturday to check in, they said we canceled your reservation because no shows and you can’t stay in the hotel unless if you pay for more night. This is literally stealing my money. I told them I have reservations for three days. They said we canceled it all because you didn’t show on the first day.

Best stay in LaQuinta
Pros:

This is a extremely clean and beautiful hotel and resort. The rooms are very comfortable and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent and there are plenty of choices for everyone. I would recommend this hotel and you will be pleasantly impressed.

Horrible front desk staff
Pros:

It was in a cute area.

Cons:

The woman at the front desk was SO incredibly rude. My friend and I were being so kind and respectful and she was so rude. I will be telling everyone I know to not stay at this hotel.

Mosquitoes
Pros:

Stayed here for a professional meeting and my room was infested with mosquitoes. Killed about 10 and still 5-6 flying around the bathroom.

Notified the front desk and they didn't seem too interested to help. Ended up leaving the hotel not even staying 1 night. Manager Veronica said she would reach out to me and no response. Terrible client service. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VISIT LA QUINTA.
