I did like the evening entertainment, and that it was quite close to the harbour for activities, the staff were absolutely lovely.
I think for people who would like to get up early, staying in one of the rooms near where the evening how’s are held is not great because the door of the rooms are not really soundproof. The images of the resort on bookings also feature the area that only member can access, which I feel can be a bit deceiving, that where the nicest pool is.

Pedí dos aguas para la habitación y me cobraron 10,-€ por el servicio más un precio desorbitado para las botellitas de agua.
En un hotel de 5 estrellas este servicio debería estar incluido.
Placed in a good town, near a lot of restaurants and supermarket (5-10 min by car)
Some staff members looks like gate their job. Also from 13-14:00 to 18:00 you can’t just grab something to drink inside the hotel, everything closed and when you’re asking - each staff member redirect you to another. Also there are poor infrastructure, there are no bike rental (as on the photo), it’s closed. In general pools in a bad condition like other infrastructure. It’s 5 star hotel, but it was good I think 10 years ago. Definitely do not worth its cost.

Al principio nos pusieron en una habitación con mucho ruido al lado del piano bar (que luego nos cambiaron y lo solucionaron sin problemas)
No me gustó la comida, mi marido pilló una gastroenteritis que le fastidió el viaje por un pescado en mal estado en un rissotto, y la comida de algunos restaurantes como el sushi bar, era bastante mala.
El resto de calidad de la comida del buffette normal y el restaurante oceana si que tenía mayor calidad, pero para el precio del todo incluido, creo que deberían mejorar este punto.
Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, intérieur, extérieur, tout est conforme aux photos.

Notre avion étant tard le soir, nous avons eu la possibilité de profiter de la journée avec un accès à un créneau de 30 minutes en fin de journée pour se doucher, se changer, c était très appréciable.
Insonorisation des chambres discutables pour un hôtel de cette classe.
Nous n' avons pas pu nous s'endormir avant 1h00 du matin, nous entendions toute la conversation des personnes de la chambre d à côté, bruit du sèche cheveux à 7h30 du matin..
Travaux à côté de la pisine et juste en dessous de notre fenêtre avec des bruits de scie circulaire pour des coupes de carreaux dès notre arrivée à 16H00 et ce jusqu'à plus de 19h30...
Je comprends que des travaux se réalisent mais les coupes avec ce bruit pourraient s effectuer dans un local un plus plus insonorisé ou avoir un geste de compensation de cette nuisance.
Juste dommage quand on s offre une nuit pour venir se détendre mais l hôtel et très appréciable dans sa globalité.
Emplacement magnifique, les chambres en hauteur permettent d’avoir une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et le coucher du soleil. La cousine 10/10. Tout est frais…les poissons mmmm… excellent! On a eu un bon de réduction pour manger sur place et l’entrée au spa offerte. Propreté au top.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially Arthur in the piano bar! I loved the drinks. I appreciate the coke products and the cocktails in the piano bar are 10/10. Beds were super comfortable! Gorgeous walk to puerto calero and Puerto del Carmen from the resort. Will be back!
