The staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially Arthur in the piano bar! I loved the drinks. I appreciate the coke products and the cocktails in the piano bar are 10/10. Beds were super comfortable! Gorgeous walk to puerto calero and Puerto del Carmen from the resort. Will be back!

Perfect for Adults who just want pure relaxation, food amazing with choice of two restaurants & buffet area, we did all inclusive package. Room service was fantastic as well with extra €10 charge Which i thought was really gud for all you get. Beautiful hotel.
Music at night time @piano bar lasts only for 1hr, it could do with more entertainment. But that didnt really put us up or down thats all I can think of really.
