When arrived the system didnt show that breakfast was included so i was charged. Ince i checked that it was included the receptionist refunded the money.

Perfect stay for a family wedding made the whole experience more wonderful
Pros:

Came up for family wedding close by perfect location. Staff amazing from arrival to departure front desk roomservice cleaners everyone. Waiting one morning at reception not long and Member of Gym staff walked past jumped onfront desk and greeted me like an old friend did not ask me to wait took onboard my query and helped and dealt with it fabulous

Comfortable and happy stay as we had just moved from Oxford and didn’t have beds set up to sleep in!
Pros:

Conveniently placed and nice appearance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good to have someone cook dinner and breakfast before we started unpacking in our new home.

Cons:

The soap dispenser in the bathroom was in an awkward place and for the elderly resident to use one hand to press it and one to catch the soap left no hands free with which to balance.

Overall an average stay
Pros:

The facilities were great daughter loved the swimming pool.. very very hot on a night time that was with the fan and window open but that can’t be helped.

Cons:

The cleaning wasn’t upto standards found a dead spider on the carpet and loads of cobwebs dangling off the ceiling, the curtains could do with a change also, as they look a little dirty.
