Skulle være 2 dobbeltsenger på rommet (vi var 3 personer), men helt umulig å ligge to i sengene.

This was our second time at this property. It is a good value option. POSITIVES: It is reasonably priced and well located within a couple exits from restaurants, Sam’s, Walmart, and Target. 25 minute drive to Clearwater beach. 30 minutes from Tampa airport. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Brooke at the front desk helped us change our 2 rooms to “pool view” rooms even when the hotel was pretty full. Rooms feel clean. Todd runs the breakfast buffet and keeps it clean and well stocked. Good coffee which is a “must have” for me. The pool and indoor hot tub are great amenities and have towels stocked. NEGATIVES: The ice machine by our room was broken the entire week and no one was working on it. It was broken half the time when we were there the year before. The Furniture is old and run down. Lobby furniture looks like garage sale stuff. They should be embarrassed. Our first bed was good. Second bed was worn out with popping springs. Bathroom sink pressure is very low in both rooms. The cleaning staff is friendly however, when we accidentally left pajamas and a toiletry item in our first room, it took 4 days for them to return the pj bottoms, we never got the shirt or other item back. Very poor handling of lost items. Older woman at front desk never smiles and seems like she is annoyed to be there. Overall, a pleasant stay but, they need to update furniture and beds. Housekeeping should immediately bag up found items and write room number and date on back to give front desk. Get a new ice machine.
