Hotel bem localizado e confortável, com um café da manhã diferenciado.
Pros:

Quarto confortável, ótima ducha.
Café da manhã excelente.
Localização muito boa.
Ar condicionado permite regulagem de temperatura individual.

Cons:

Em duas manhãs houve bastante ruído da camareira ao se deslocar nos corredores e fazer arrumação nos quartos vizinhos.

My stay was fine but could be better.
Pros:

The traditional style of the hotel, less crowdedness and cleanliness.

Cons:

Price was higher than expected as it was shown £540 when I booked to pay at the property but they charged me £575 instead. They also charged me for the small bottles of water. First two bottles are usually complimentary on daily basis in the hotels but they charged us on our check out, €10 for 4 (33ml) water bottles, €2.50 per bottle. That was disappointing.
Another thing is they do not have English tea at all, only herbal teas and only one sachet of coffee per day.

Pros:

Love this hotel. We've stayed here before and intend to stay again. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The Mirador restaurant is very good.

Our second stay was just as outstanding as our first
