L emplacement et le restaurant en rooftop

Cons:

Le grand lit réservé sur booking que nous n avions pas et le bruit récurant toute la nuit à la chambre 310 .Suite à notre réclamation l hôtel nous a proposé un changement de chambre que nous avons grandement apprécié avec la prestation attendue d un grand lit et d une nuit calme!

Nothing special for the price paid and room faced a wall so very dark inside
Pros:

This hotel is centrally located and easy to walk to main attractions. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is an amazing roof top bar with fantastic views over the city and the cocktails were reasonably priced and lovely. Clean rooms and in the bathroom were free sample of Clarins which was a nice touch.

I thought the hotel was overpriced for the room we were given. The room was very small and the window literally faced a wall so not much natural light. The only place to sit in the room was the bed as the chairs were squashed against the wall due to limited space. We arrived late at night so did not notice the view immediately. I did complain to the manager and he offered to move us but it was not worth it due to our length of stay.

Warning, if you want a view make sure you book the appropriate room and not the basic doubles.

The corridors are long a narrow so noise from other guests travels along and echos.

The breakfast was nice enough with a reasonable variety of options but not as good as other hotels in this class.

Overall it was a nice place to stay but nothing special and the room was a disappointment.

Location ottima per visitare la città
Pros:

Collocato a soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza Des Armas, terminal della linea dei bus da e per l’aeroporto. Pure a pochi passi dalla cattedrale e dal bellissimo quartiere di Santa Cruz. Le camere sono un pochino datate, ma il bagno credo sia stato rinnovato da poco, comunque entrambi gli spazi sono generosi. Meravigliosa e imponente la hall, reception efficiente e aperta 24h. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, quindi nessuna menzione in merito. Connessione WiFi ottima (download: 262 Mbps, upload 236 Mbps).

Cons:

Peccato che la finestra della camera e del bagno non si affacciavano sull’esterno, ma bensì su un “camino” (circa 1.5X1.5) di luce che permetteva un po’ di luce naturale.
