騒音以外は良かったので残念。

Pros:

立地がいい。
比較的落ち着いた場所であり、賑やかなところへのアクセスもよい
スタッフが落ち着いていて、過剰なサービスもなく、過不足なく気持ちよい

見えるところは綺麗だったけれど、
朝ベッドが少し斜めになってたので、何気なくみたら…ベッドの下のゴミが…

Pros:

初めて横浜に来ました。フロントの方が自分の国の話しをしてくれましたので、すごく嬉しかったです。ホテルの快適さと横浜の景色、またここに来たいと思います。

Pros:

The location was perfect and the staff really helpful. Thank you for letting us leave our baggages after check-out until late in the next evening, that was life-saving!

Clean room, comfortable bed. Soundproofing was nice, we didn't hear anything from other rooms or from outside.
Special mention for the ventilation of the bathroom, the best we've seen until now!! Really quick to dry the room and you can breath while taking a shower.

Cons:

The room is small for 2 people... The sink was so small it is hard to wash your face in the morning.
The bedroom air was quite dry, the humidifier was not enough.

Pros:

Très bon Hôtel malgré c’est petit défaut. Le personnel était très sympathique

Cons:

Les matelas était clairement en fin de carrière et mérite d’être changer. Un téléviseur avec accès à YouTube, Netflix, etc serait un vrai plus également
