Great experience!
Pros:

We had a great experience from when we walked into the hotel. Everything was clean and neat all the staff was amazing, especially Leo, he was very detailed at explaining everything and checking us in! He went above and beyond, great customer service! Thanks Leo!

Pros:

Clean and comfortable

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved by offering a wider variety of options, especially for guests who follow a gluten-free diet. I also felt that the quality of the butter could be better.

Additionally, the gym was available for adults only, which meant that my 16-year-old son was unable to use the facility.

Was really comfortable, had issues with my booking at initial checking- something to do with booking. Com and payments.
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable- quiet area- the showers was really invigorating-

Cons:

Stayed a week- breakfast was ok- felt it was all processed food- certainly they could do better.

Great Service!
Pros:

My family had several rooms booked here for a week, to attend a wedding in Mississauga. The rooms are comfortable, with good amenities. The staff are very hospitable, especially Govinda the F&B Manager who made sure that we had all we needed for breakfast every day, and rearranged the tables so that the (large) family were seated together every day. Many thanks for the extra care and attention!

Marie is the sweetest
Pros:

Marie was so friendly and sweet. From the moment I checked in I felt so warm and welcomed. My room was absolutely stunning and I couldn’t hear any noise that woke me up while sleeping. My stay was wonderful. Thank you Marie!

Amazing Staff and Hotel
Pros:

Staff was amazing. Freshly baked cookies upon arrival. Marie was so kind and helpful at the front desk. Breakfast was amazing, they had the best danishes freshly baked. Pool was great, my son loved it. Nice rooms. Just a great experience.

1. Meat and non meat heated breakfast items kept same dishes - please separate, very easy to do and will benefit vegetarian guests
2. AC really noisy

We had a very good stay and will do again
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The room was big, clean, and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful . I will mention Govinda in the Kitchen who was particularly very helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast could do with more varieties.

Great Hotel
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast — it’s simple but fresh, clean, and always well‑refilled. You can tell everything is prepared with care. The F&B Manager, Govinda, does an excellent job looking after the food line, and it’s truly appreciated. All the staff are helpful, friendly, and professional.
