Cons:

Old rooms. Deluxe river view is a bit far off. No shower, just the old standing in bath tub. Smallish room. No teaspoons.
No room service. - Really what does it mean to be a FOUR STAR hotel :)

Worst: air con is pre set and has 3 settings for wind I guess, low mid and high.
Room got both too hot and too cold :)
Price way too high.

Arrived on bicycles - seemed beneath the dignity of their parking lot attendant to have them on their lot.
As it is beneath mine recommending this faux posh bleble.

あの臭い匂いがなければ最高です！
Cons:

Sweetに宿泊しましたが天井からのエアコンの匂いが臭くて臭くてそれが参りました。
部屋に入って、すぐの部屋のところがひどかったです。
一応空気清浄機がついていましたので、それをその部屋に持ってきてつけると少しはマシになります。
クイーンベッドの2ベッドルームは3人宿泊には快適でした。
リノベーションされていたので、それ以外は良かったのですが。

Decent hotel but definitely not 5 stars
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. Location is great and close to everything. Bathroom was clean

Cons:

Check-in was delayed and had to wait for my room for about 40 minutes. Was promised an upgrade for the inconvenience which I have not received. The AC and lights controls were tedious. Was honestly expecting more from a five star hotel.

Pros:

今回は汝矣島を満喫したく、また漢江の夜景が見えるところでと思い、ケンジントンホテルを選びました。大正解でした！漢江にも近く夜景も綺麗で、勿論部屋も清潔で、居心地の良いホテルです。ワインもいただきありがとうございました♪
大事に持って帰りました

あまり悪い所はありませんが、しいて言えば二点ほど
シャワーが少し弱いのと、エアコンな風の吹き出し音がけっこう気になるほどザーザーと音がしていました
