More a 3 star than 4. But nice enough for the price.
Pros:

Genie, a staff member we saw at breakfast/Broadway and in the New York restaurant was the best thing about the whole experience! She went out of her way to make our stay memorable and nice!
On several days the breakfast at broadway, which we had prebooked for our stay, was overrun and there was either a waiting time or empty food trays/drink stations. But Genie always made sure to bring us food or drinks to the table or even brought us to go boxes for the last day before check out. Such a lovely person!
The room was nice, big and clean. And a nice bathtub.
The hotel is near Yoido Park and IFC mall.

Cons:

The cleaning lady accidentally took my pajamas, and it took 3 days to get it back. And not even cleaned or a complimentary gift/ token of apology was given. It was a bit disappointing.

But the worst experience was a male staff member at the restaurant at the 14. Floor. He almost refused my sister and niece away because of their looks and belittled them. We had been traveling from Busan to Seoul that day in heavy rain and was looking forward to dinner with a view. Unfortunately they went ahead without me, because I was outside smoking before joining them. My sister and niece had changed to dry clothes, but was maybe still looking a bit tired from the trip. But the male staff member questioned my sister if she/we could even afford eating there. The price was 39.900 KRW pr person including drinks - which is quite cheap compared to danish prices. And only a few days before we had dinner at the New York restaurant and used about 200.000 KRW in the same hotel. That felt like quite an insult! He could instead have told if there was a dress code… instead we went out to eat Korean BBQ and spend almost 300.000 KRW, so that was their loss. A dinner at their place would have cost us about 120.000 KRW just to compare. I hope it was a one time experience, because it reflects badly on their reputation for the guests.

The room didn’t have sound proof windows, so quite a bit noise from outside. And the door had a crack under it so we could hear the noises from the hallway very loudly. And the walls thin so we could hear the other guests arguing and a child crying loudly.

Overall, it was not quite what you expect from a 4 star hotel. It felt more like a 3 star hotel.
But because of the staff member Genie it was all bearable- she is worth 5 stars alone ⭐️

위치 굿! 국회의사당역 인근. 한강공원 인근이라 너무 편했어요. 전체적 시설은 엄청 클래식하고 유럽 호텔온줄 알았어요. 조식 맛있고 체크인아웃 너무 편하고 직원분들도 너무 친절하세요. 침대 매트리스도 굿!! 입니다.
좋은 프로모션 있다면 재방문입니다.

Pros:

汝矣島公園も近くにありとても便利です。コンビニもあります。
裏通りにはカフェやレストランも多く大変良かったです。

IFCモールやザ現代にも徒歩で行けます。空港行きのバスもホテルの前から乗れてとても便利です。
従業員の方も日本語がとても上手で
キムポーヒョンさんが親切に対応して下さり感謝です。また利用したいです。
お部屋もとても綺麗でした。

모두 친절하시고 불편함 없이 조용히 잘 이용하고 갑니다.
위치가 한강 및 여의도 공원이 가깝고 저녁에는 동네 특성상 다들 퇴근하기 때문에 술집이 별로 없어서 조용해서
숙소로써 정말 좋았습니다.

Cons:

숙소 옆 편의점이 있긴 한데 일찍닫는듯 하여 밤에 급하게 필요한 물품을 사기가 조금 불편한 면이 있어 아쉬웠으나 숙소 자체의 문제는 아니기 때문에 괜찮았습니다. 미리 필요한 물품이 있다면 밤늦게 말고 개인이 미리 구비해 두시는게 좋습니다
