Pricey but worth it
Pros:

Spacious room and great location. Very walkable neighborhood with a lot of food options.
The bus stop for the airport is in front of the hotel which is very convenient.
The hotel breakfast buffet is also worth getting.
Very professional and friendly staff..

Cons:

Some of the furnishings are a bit weathered and worn.

Spacious and comfortable hotel with great staff.
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable room with very good facilities.
Quiet location easily accessible to public transport and to arrange Ubers.
Staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Rooms a little warm and can't control temperature yourself.
Breakfast was nice with plenty of options but the food stops being replaced ~30mins before the end and tends to run out.

Mooie lokatie en vriendelijke mensen!
Pros:

Vriendelijk mensen aan de balie en toen kreegbik ook nog upgrade. Mooie lokatie. Prijs kwaliteit echt top.

Ik hoop op mooie upgrade als ik er zondag nogeens kom voor 2 nachten!

Cons:

Schoonmaak had beter gemogen. Links en rechts nog serieue stof en kringen op badmeubel!

Would like to go back again :)
Pros:

The check-in staff is always friendly and professional, and the location is fantastic. I always have a pleasant experience staying here. Also, the view from the room is amazing ( Han River side)

Cons:

The breakfast restaurant could use some improvement, as some of the food was extremely dry after 9 a.m. It would be great if the food quality could be checked more regularly throughout breakfast service.

Luxurious and relaxing, with friendly staff
Pros:

Relatively inexpensive for how luxurious it felt to stay here. The staff were very kind and accommodating. When I arrived they upgraded my room to a river-view, and even gave me a free bottle of wine. It was clean, and room service replaced toiletries I had used. Super comfortable and a great stay. It was a very American-style hotel. It was a short walk to the IFC/Hyundai malls for shopping and the main transit station, as well as a short walk to the Han River. Yeouido was a nice place to stay- definitely off the beaten path and very financial, but quiet. The only other foreigners I would see were at the hotel for business.

Cons:

Bathtub was high up, older folks might struggle a bit getting into the shower

Pros:

스위트룸이 넓고 쾌적하고 아주 좋았어요. 다만 한쪽 방만 한강이 보였던 점이 조금 아쉽지만, 전반적으로 모두 만족해요. 언니들도 모두 너무 행복해 했어요. 예약 했던날 세계불꽃축제 전야제까지 보게 되어 더욱 즐거웠습니다. 다음에 또 이용하고 싶어요.

Cons:

Old rooms. Deluxe river view is a bit far off. No shower, just the old standing in bath tub. Smallish room. No teaspoons.
No room service. - Really what does it mean to be a FOUR STAR hotel :)

Worst: air con is pre set and has 3 settings for wind I guess, low mid and high.
Room got both too hot and too cold :)
Price way too high.

Arrived on bicycles - seemed beneath the dignity of their parking lot attendant to have them on their lot.
As it is beneath mine recommending this faux posh bleble.
