Gentilezza dello staff, bella la zona e la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto internamente, bella l'idea del calessino incluso per andare in spiaggia

La tv in stanza non funzionava praticamente mai, problemi di antenna, il che potrebbe anche risultare normale vista la zona, si potrebbe tranquillamente risolvere collegando la tv ad internet per far si che chiunque possa guardare o utilizzare app di streaming. Colazione un po scarsa a livello di salato. In bagno si sente molto la mancanza di una mensolina sul quale appoggiare le proprie cose

Hotel veramente bello, ottima posizione vicino a Cafelú ma fuori dalla confusione della città. La spiaggia molto vicina e comoda, raggiungibile anche con la navetta messa a disposizione dall’hotel

Pros:

L'emplacement est superbe.
Les navettes avec la plage sont bien pensées.
Le parking fait la différence.
Le balcon de la chambre est vraiment un atout.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, très industriel, peu de place pour s'asseoir malgré la grande surface de la pièce.
La chambre est très old school.

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa
Pros:

Abbiamo prenotato inizialmente una sola notte, ma ci siamo trovati così bene che abbiamo deciso di fermarci anche una seconda notte. Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato uno staff meraviglioso, gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente.

Una menzione speciale va ad Elisa della reception, che ci ha accolti con grande professionalità e simpatia e ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato tantissimo l’upgrade della camera, una piacevolissima sorpresa.

Un grazie anche a Giuseppe, sempre gentile e disponibile durante il servizio in sala, e a Vally, conosciuta al chiringuito a bordo piscina, davvero simpaticissima e solare.

Struttura bellissima, curata e con un’atmosfera davvero rilassante. Ci siamo sentiti così bene da decidere spontaneamente di prolungare il soggiorno. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, torneremo sicuramente!

Cons:

La camera non rispecchiava la dimensioni descritte, inoltre il bagno era troppo piccolo in relazione alla presenza di due ospiti in quell'alloggio. Condizionatore obsoleto che in relazione al prezzo di un hotel 4 stelle non era secondo me adeguato. Altro aspetto riguarda la presenza di un terrazino così descritto ma in realtà era uno spazio situato nella porta di ingresso della stanza, dalle foto questo non era evidente nè era presente nella descrizione su booking.
