Sejurul nostru la Continental Forum Constanța a fost excelent.
Pros:

Cameră curată și îngrijită, confort, personal amabil, mâncare gustoasă și diversificată la micul dejun. Marea aproape, a fost de vis. Mai revenim neapărat.

Groaznic! Informati corect oamenii pe booking despre costurile reale legate de parcare .
Cons:

Am calatorit pana la Constanta si nu am avut unde sa parcam masina. Am primit mesaj in limba engleza de la proprietate pe care l am parcurs succint. Abia la hotel( cand foarte nepoliticos cel care se afla in parcare ne a spus ca nu suntem pe o lista pentru a putea parca) am aflat ca sunt costuri suplimentare pentru parcare si ca trebuia prenotata. Nu a fost nici o atitudine palcuta a dnei cu care am vorbit la receptie si nici nu a incercat in vreun fel sa rezolvam situatia. Oricum ar trebui sa nu mai figureze la booking cu parcare ci sa fie informatii omaneii ca este o parcare cu cost suplimentar si ca este necesara prenotarea acesteia (au 15 locuri de parcare -deci nu au o parcare disponibila adecvata in comparatie cu locurile de parcare).O atitudine extrem de neplacuta a personalului si fara o orientare spre client. Am renuntat la cazare chiar daca am parcurs 400 de km .

* Friendly reception staff.
* The room was cleaned every day.
* They have high chairs for children in the restaurant.

Cons:

First of all, when we arrived, the entrance to the hotel from the parking area had some stairs with a very steep ramp (we had a baby stroller), but the entire area was blocked by parked cars. I reported this to the reception, but the cars were not moved during our entire 3-day stay.

The hotel looks run-down (see photos). We found an empty water bottle in the room, and the water provided for us had already been opened! The shower is in a small separate room and there is no light…

The breakfast is the same every day.

It is quite a long way to the beach, with many stairs followed by a walk.
