Hotel 4 is great, the rooms are large and very clean, you have to reserve a parking space when booking if you want to park without a problem at a cost of 40 lei per night, because there is a shortage of parking, which is also paid except for weekends. Regular shower, the reception staff is courteous and quickly handles the reception of guests. The dining room has a large selection where everyone can find everything. The staff always takes care to fill the gaps on the trays. The hotel's location is excellent, which also allows for walking access to many of the main attractions there, and it is also next to the beach. The place is highly recommended. And we will return if we return again,
The issue of parking at the hotel.
The room i received after i got an upgrade(in exchange of a fee)
The room i initially got through my reservation. It did not have enough natural light. When asking for an upgrade, we wanted a room with a sea view and the receptionist told us in those rooms no dogs are allowed but they made an exception which i appreciated but it should not have been the case as the hotel accepts animals or at least this is mentioned in the presentation.

Locatia este foarte buna, personalul foarte amabil, mai ales cel din restaurant. Multumiri lui Alex, Larisa, Violeta, care desi au avut nenumarate grupuri, ne au servit cu mult profesionalism si foarte atenti la detalii. Vom reveni cu placere!
Desi sejurul a fost de pe 13.05 (miercuri) pana sambata 16.05 (3 nopti), tariful camerei a fost foarte ridicat (2006 lei fara mic dejun).
Blisko do morza, do atrakcji
Clean. Helpful staff. Good location, beautiful view, just by the sea. Good breakfast, good food at the restaurant which we certainly recommend. It was a very good hotel and they made a very good first impression.
Last floor room / apartament, april. Air conditioning didn’t work, it was very hot (26-27 C), we tried opening the windows as it was cold outside, but we couldn’t keep them open. The noise coming from traffic is horrendous. Traffic lowered after 3 AM and we managed to fall asleep for 3 or 4 hours. Of course, the hotel can’t be responsible for all the shitheads and all wannabe rally drivers revving their engines at 2 am… But authorities not taking any actions will only lead to tourists going somewhere else.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location - a few minutes from the beach (although you have to go down a long flight of steps), close to the old town, monuments, restaurants and bars. The staff is nice and helpful, it's clean, and if you have a room facing the sea, the view is really beautiful.
The room (not the cheapest one) had practically no wardrobe, just shelves and a few hangers. Breakfast, though very good, was monotonous – exactly the same every day. A funny, minor detail: the lack of small spoons for coffee or tea.
