You are paying for the views and location. I thought the rooms would be a bit bigger for the price, and I was disappointed that there was no bar dedicated to hotel guests. The Michelin-star restaurant was ok at best, again paying for the view.
My wife and I celebrated on anniversary at Hotel Palazzo Manfredi. This was a great decision. The front of house staff, consierge, management were very kind and gracious. The highlights being the cocktail bar, The Court and the restaurant Aroma. The service and attention to detail were beyond.

les appartements qui ne sont pas situés dans le building principal (800 m environ) sont dans un vieil immeuble en mauvais état . la télévision n a pas les applications classiques (netflix, apple tv, prime video). la vue de la terrasse est belle mais pas du tout au niveau de la photo (et pas d accès hormis petit déjeuner et dîner gastronomique).
Great place to go along with a great location. The staff was excellent in all aspects, to check-in and bar and restaurant. This location is so rich with history you can't go wrong.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel with a direct view of the Colosseum. The location is truly exceptional, and everything was elegant, comfortable, and perfectly organized.

We stayed in the apartments and they were perfect for our family of 4. Beautiful room and was fun to do the tasting experience at the Court overlooking the Coliseum.
