I had a disappointing stay at Barceló Anfa Casablanca from October 9–10. The overall experience did not meet my expectations, and I left feeling dissatisfied. Based on this visit, I would not choose to stay here again.

L’emplacement et là proximité de commerce et restaurant , le petit déjeuner buffet très bien et le personnel disponible et service voiturier toujours disponible
L’odeur de l’humidité dans la chambre et la fenêtre cassée très compliqué à ouvrir et le flacon de savon cassé et pas réparé pendant le séjour et manque de renouvellement des capsules café…
Lhôtel était très bien situé, agréable et propre. Il offrait également un bel espace de travail situé dans le lobby où l'on peut travailler, organiser des RDV se détendre. La salle de sport est bien équipé. La vue sur la ville et surtout la grande Mosquée. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin et très professionnel , il répondait à chacune de nos demandes. Je remercie Nadira, Reda du service Guest relation et experience, et Wissal et Ahmam de la réception. Bravo pour leur professionnalisme.
De locatie midden in het centrum
De kamers. In de douche geen privacy, kon niet op slot en had een glazen deur. Familie die in de slaapkamer was kon gewoon in de badkamer mee kijken.
Das Hotel war wirklich spitzenklasse und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Ausstattung im Hotel: Es war wirklich an alles gedacht. Von Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta über Hausschuhe bis hin zu vielen weiteren kleinen Dingen war alles vorhanden. Man hatte fast das Gefühl, man müsste selbst gar nichts mitbringen.
Auch der Poolbereich war wunderschön und perfekt, um sich zu entspannen und zur Ruhe zu kommen.
Gerade mitten in einer so grossen und lebhaften Stadt war dieses Hotel für uns eine richtige Oase – Erholung pur.
Für uns war der Aufenthalt einfach perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.
