vi snakker om 5 stjerne hotel de fleste ting på værelserne er sltte der er brug for en ny renovering på værelserne ikke pengene værd der var ikke rent på værelserne
altanen var ikke rene , toiletterne var ikke rene , stik kontakterne og håndtagene flere steder ved at falde af

The facilities are basic and don't meet 5 stars hotel standards compared to the amount of money you pay
Cleanliness of the hotel especially the carpets in the aisles between rooms and the curtains inside the rooms are not that clean, also the towels need to be upgraded and renewed
No slippers, no shower robes
No bidet in the bathroom

Groot hotel, erg relaxt zwembad en goed ontbijt. Deel personeel erg vriendelijk

Cons:

Voor een 5-sterrenhotel klopten er te vaak zaken niet. Eten bij het zwembad, alsmede roomservice, is niet smakelijk en echt slecht bereid (in restaurant wel goed). Meerdere issues met kamer gehad, meermaals receptie bellen voordat dingen geregeld worden. Mooie fitnessruimte maar water en handdoeken waren op en niemand voor te bereiken. Schoonmaak liet te wensen over. Paar keer onaardige reacties gehad bij receptie.

El alojamiento fue excelente el buffet bastante bueno . Solo que llamamos para que nos dieran la almohada más pero el recepciónista de la noche me dijo que ahora subirá y no subió nadie ya que le llame 2 veces .
