Room is modern and clean

Cons:

I had to call reception 4–5 times every day before someone answered. One day, I called more than 10 times and still got no answer. Very frustrating.

A great place for a short stay in Casablanca, offering excellent value for money.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. All the waiters were friendly, attentive, and professional, making every meal enjoyable. The reception staff were also very welcoming, attentive, and always greeted me with a smile.
A special mention goes to Abdallah, the valet and bell attendant, who was particularly helpful, courteous, and professional. He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. His kindness and positive attitude truly stood out.

Cons:

The only downside was the noise, as the hotel is located across from a busy main street in Casablanca. While this is understandable given the location, I believe it is something the hotel could work on, perhaps by improving the soundproofing, to make guests' stays even more comfortable. Other than that, the overall experience was excellent.

Fantastisk hotell!
Pros:

Frokosten var veldig dyr, men vi fikk en dag gratis og det var veldig bra frokost! Personale var super behjelpelige og hyggelig! Store fine rom og renhold var veldig bra! Kommer gjerne tilbake :)

L hôtel est très bien et le personnel est très gentil.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la gentillesse du personnel, ils etaient à nos soins.

La piscine glisse c’est très dangereux pour les enfants et adultes.
