Very disappointing experience.

The hotel itself was acceptable, but one female staff member with black hair and glasses completely ruined our stay. She was rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. Instead of making us feel welcome, she made us feel uncomfortable throughout our interaction.

Customer service is one of the most important parts of any hotel, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet even the basic standards. We left very disappointed and would not recommend staying here unless the management improves the way guests are treated.

I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of the staff member with black hair and glasses so that future guests do not have the same experience.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé.
Pros:

Tout était parfait. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses et très propre. Personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner classique et copieux.

Cons:

Le seul point faible reste les escaliers. Il faut être prudent !

avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité du centre sans y être , le calme , la propreté et l'aménagement salle de bain ,l'accueil était parfait et le petit déjeuner reconstituant
un plus: la possibilité de parking donc un souci en moins

Bra läge, bra rum, trevlig personal.
Pros:

- Trevligt mottagande, bra engelska.
- God frukost med ok utbud dag 1.
- Väldigt fina och fräscha rum med skön luftkonditionering.
- Sköna sängar.

Cons:

- Frukostutbudet dag 2 var mycket sämre då varor tagit slut. Fanns ingen yoghurt och då det var en litet frukostutbud var det av stor betydelse.
- Väldigt brant trappa, handikapphiss finns att tillgå under receptionens öppettider.
- Det kan vara svår med parkering (men vi hade tur båda dagarna)
- Trafiken utanför hördes, men inget som störde oss. Är man känslig bör man be om ett rum mot innergården.
