Our car park is located off-site and a 5-minute walk from our hotel. The parking fee is €15.00 per day (from check-in to check out) 3pm to 11am. If you wish to park outside these times, the cost is €2.50 per hour. Parking spaces are subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance. Upon check-in, you will receive full information on how to get to the car park.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Zentral gelegen und doch ruhig
Das Frühstück war für den Preis doch sehr einfach.
Vriendelijk personeel aan de balie en ik ben goed en netjes geholpen. De bedden lagen heerlijk en alles was fijn schoon. Genoeg handdoeken, een frisse kamer en gewoon alles wat je nodig hebt. Meer dan waard voor wat we hebben betaald voor een nachtje weg.

We hadden enorm zin in versgeperst sinaasappelsap in de ochtend tijdens het ontbijt, maar uit de machine kwam een waterig sapje 🥲 Gelukkig was de rest van het ontbijt heerlijk: vers brood, genoeg keuze en lekkere smeersels. Lelijk uitzicht door de ramen maar dat maakte (voor ons) verder niet heel veel uit.

Otel demeye bin şahit lazım. Dik merdivenler, bırakın valiz çıkarıp indirmeyi insanın o merdivenleri çıkıp inmesi bile mucize. Otelin önünde kocaman fare ölülerini saymıyorum bile.

We booked this hotel in advance and informed them beforehand that we would be arriving late. We arrived at the property at 11:45 PM, but nobody opened the door or checked us in.
The hotel’s phone number was not working, there was no one available on site, and there was no proper support from the hotel. Nobody attempted to contact us by phone or by any other reasonable means.
Later, we were told that the hotel had supposedly sent us messages through the app. However, we received no phone calls or any other direct communication. They only wrote through the app, even though in a situation involving a late check-in, the hotel should make sure that the guest actually receives the information. Moreover, without an internet connection, the app simply does not work.
What is even worse is that the person responsible for checking us in simply went home, despite the hotel knowing in advance about our late arrival. As a result, we were left outside at midnight in an unfamiliar city, with our luggage and nowhere to stay.
We had to urgently find and pay for another hotel in the middle of the night. The original hotel did not refund the money we had paid for the booking and did not reimburse us for the additional cost of the new hotel.
What is particularly unacceptable is that the hotel requires payment immediately and has no problem taking the guest’s money, but when it comes to communication and actually providing the booked accommodation, there is no proper contact with the guest. The phone does not work, there is no staff on site, and the only method of communication they rely on is a message in an app, which is useless if the guest does not have internet access.

We fulfilled all our obligations as guests: we made the reservation, paid for it, and informed the hotel in advance about our late arrival. The hotel, on the other hand, failed to provide even the basic ability to access the accommodation we had booked.
Leaving guests outside at 11:45 PM, without access to their room, without a working phone number, and without making any real attempt to contact them is completely unacceptable.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the hotel neither refunded our payment nor reimbursed the additional expenses that arose solely because they failed to provide the accommodation we had booked.
We absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. If you are planning to arrive late, be very careful — even if you inform the hotel in advance, there is apparently no guarantee that anyone will actually be there to let you in.
The room had more than enough space for me and my girlfriend to settle in. It was enough for us to be organized settled and comfortable.
The surrounding area is a little sketchy at night and even during the day but more so at night but that isn’t the hotel’s fault

De buurt was niet zo gezellig. Geen buurt waar ik 's nachts nog zou durven rondlopen. Het ligt aan een drukke straat maar qua lawaai van verkeer viel het wel mee. We hebben er niet van wakker gelegen.

Te zachte matras . Ontbijt alles uit zakjes en potjes zelfs een machine voor youghurt. Ijskast leeg .
Die Dame an der Rezeption hat gewartet bis ich gegen 22:30 eingetroffen war, obwohl das offizielle Check-In nur bis 22:00 möglich war - das war sehr hilfreich für das Check In.

Het leukste aan deze accommodatie was het warm en enthousiast onthaal. Wat ons nog opviel was dat ef een mapje klaar lag met een lijst van veel activiteiten in de buurt wat fijn was voor het plannen van de dag. Ook was het fijn dat in dat boekje de wandeltijd erbij stond en ook welke metro/tram we konden gebruiken indien wandelen te ver was.
Waar wij tegen aan liepen was dat het ontbijt niet heel uitgebreid was en afhankelijk van hoelaat je komt ontbijten zijn sommige producten niet meer aanwezig en werd niet snel aangevuld. De trappen waren zeer stijl en smalle tredes waardoor dit met koffers best een uitdaging kon zijn. Er was wel een lift maar daarmee bereik je niet alle kamers en was een beetje eng want deze werkt niet zoals een standaard lift.
