Pulizia: nel frigobar (alimentazione staccata probabilmente per mancanza prese libere in camera): in frigo erano presenti panini con companatico vecchio che han puzzato tutta la camera. Antenna TV staccata. Camera piccola (n. 406), bagno strettissimo: difficoltà accesso bidet. Doccia stretta (meno di 60 cm) nella quale si aveva difficoltà a lavarsi. Richiesta la fattura, come da prevista segnalazione inviata, non è stata emessa in quanto dichiarata non ricevuta. Colazione pessima:
caffè sia da distributore che espresso imbevibile, mancanza acqua frizzante. tortine commerciali di bassissima qualità.
Prezzo abbastanza elevato (€ 132,50) in considerazione che normalmente, a Pisa per lavoro, soggiorno in un Hotel centralissimo 4 stelle con camere spaziose, letto matrimoniale e ottima colazione a € 129,00.

Location. That’s all.

Cons:

Clean but SO overdue for repair, noisy laundry next door, sound of running water all night through plumbing, scrappy furniture, no restaurant on site. Staff as helpful as they can be with such a poor product. Owners should be ashamed to offer this as a hotel at these prices. 😞

Pros:

Endast 2 minuters promenad från tågstationen. Caféer, restauranger och minimarket i närheten. Ca 20 minuters gångavstånd genom Gamla stan till det lutande tornet. Sköna handdukar. Sen utcheckning till klockan 12:00.

Cons:

Dålig/ingen wifimottagning i rummet. Minimal duschkabin och trångt med utrymme i badrummet.

Giusto per accontentarsi
Pros:

Sicuramente la vicinanza alla stazione e al parcheggio SABA vicino, lo staff tutto sommato è stato gentile ed ho apprezzato la presenza di due bottiglie d'acqua in stanza. Reception aperta 24h su 24.

Cons:

Purtroppo l'arredo e gli infissi delle finestre sono molto fatiscenti, un pò vecchiotte. La stanza affacciava su strada e si sentiva tutto: auto, persone a passeggio ecc... quindi rumorosa di notte e di mattina presto. Il livello di insonorizzazione era basso basso. La sala colazione è piccolissima quindi ci è capitato di attendere in piedi, tornare in stanza e ritornare dopo 20 minuti, sicuramente molto fastidioso. Infatti essendo una quarantina di camere (quindi circa 80-100 persone totali) i posti in sala erano 15-20 al massimo. La colazione molto basica e purtroppo la macchina che fa cappuccino e caffè non è buona, si sentiva il sapore di Caffè fatto con il Nescafè in polvere. Purtroppo non ci è piaciuta

Hotel mal dobrú lokalitu blízko centrálnej stanice a blízko centra.

Cons:

Hotel mal veľmi malé sprchy, nedalo sa tam ani otočiť aj napriek tomu, že sme si rezervovali lepšiu izbu. Po výmene sme dostali ešte horšiu. Voda zo sprchy vytekala až do izby. Raňajky boli katastrofálne, len croisant. Veľmi slabý výber, osušená saláma a syr. Chýbalo pečivo, keď sme si ho pýtali, len kývli hlavou. Keď sme si chceli objednať taxi na letisko, vraj vypadol internet a recepčný bol veľmi neochotný.

Pros:

Desk staff fine and room adequate, location very good

Cons:

Every 30 minutes throughout the night a pump started up, pfpbably pumping water up to 4th floor, it went on for a few minutes and continually disturbed my sleep, so I did not enjoy the rest. The TV remote did not work, probably no one had checked batteries. No worth the £80 I paid. Will not stay at Hotel Touring, Pisa again nor recommend it.

Would not stay again. It’s a shame as great location.
Pros:

Good location.
Staff were nice.

Cons:

Entrance door was locked when I arrived.
It was worrying as I rang bell and waited 10-15 minutes.
I was making video to send to booking.com to say no access, and was about to leave when staff opened.
He said he was upstairs.
It seems like the reception staff do everything maybe even the cleaning and making breakfast.
It needs refurbishment with care for just the basics to be to a reasonable standard.

j'ai passé un tres bon séjour. Pisa est magnifique et il fesait un temps magnifique.
Pros:

l'emplacement près de la gare; la chambre avec petit balcon; le personel; le petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

la douche trop petite.
