Disappointing

Handy Stopover for the Ferry
Pros:

Comfortable stopover - suited the purpose.
Left before breakfast but they gave us fruit and water for the boat.
Handy for restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Narrow corridors difficult to navigate with bags.
Rooms not overly spacious.
En-suite had a curtain rather than a door.

Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful
Great location

Cons:

On the pictures it looked like the rooms were quite premium however the one i had was pretty basic and old fashioned which i was dissapointed with.

Breakfast buffett was nice with plenty of options however the food could do with being a little warmer

Pleasant property, wonderful seafront location and views
Pros:

Fantastic location and view, spacious accommodation, friendly staff, clean bathrooms and bedrooms, functioning lift.

Cons:

We stayed 2 night and every morning just before 5am the bloody fire alarm went off. A fault apparently! Not good

Pros:

Staff very friendly, happy for me to leave my bags there for the day once id checked out, breakfast was great and the location was spot on, girl behind the bar was marvelous.

Would never stay again.
Pros:

Not much we were in a small back room that was very hot we opened the windows and the fan from the kitchen was minknoise so we asked to be moved but were told no we had to drag our suitcases up and down different levels of stairs it’s like a rabbit warren

Very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the comfy chairs in the lounge area and also the Library was a quiet and well furnished area. The breakfast was very nice and plentiful along with the evening meal we had. The beds were comfortable and were made every day and coffee/tea was replenished too. We had a sea view and it was a super view of the promenade and the sea.

We enjoyed our stay which was value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but the cooked a bit oily!
Room was tired but ok, bed reasonably comfortable, plenty of hot water,
Breakfast room staff were very good.
Room was very warm but a fan was provided when requested.

Cons:

You can’t be blamed for the noisy seagulls but complimentary earplugs would have been welcome!
Member of staff gave one of us alcohol when an alcohol free lager was requested - fortunately this was noticed soon enough to prevent any unfortunate consequences due to an alcohol intolerance.
