Top Hotel mit bester Lage
Pros:

Super Hotel um Sevilla zu erkunden. Liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Sauber und einladen. Frühstück gut. Es gibt immer Wasser und Kaffee. Super bei 35 Grad Celsius.

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeit. Wir erreichen das Hotel um 13 Uhr und wurden freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass das Einchecken erst am 15 Uhr möglich ist. Passt soweit. Allerdings hatten wir das Gefühl, man lässt uns warten. Denn den als wir warteten konnten andere Gäste problemlos das Zimmer wechseln. Und exakt um 15 Uhr war dann auch unser Zimmer fertig. Wie erwähnt nur so ein Gefühl und hätte das Hotel absolut nicht nötig.

Pros:

I loved the kindness of the staff, the sleeping pillows, and the rooftop with the swimming pool. Having a library was a plus. Overall it was all excellent!

Cons:

It should have more vegan options for breakfast; not only the fruit, juices and "milk" because these always belong to the average breakfast. If you want to stand out from the rest, then you should invest in vegan cakes, vegan pancakes, mushrooms, for example.

Konum harika, katedrale yani merkeze 1 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Otel gün boyu soğuk su, çay, kahve ve atıştırmalık imkanı sağlıyor. Resepsiyon kısmı merkezde bir cafeden daha konforlu ve ücretsiz. Oda çok güzel temiz, bornozlar çok kaliteli. Duş malzemeleri kaliteli. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ilgili. Her sabah size yumurta tercihinizi sorup ona göre hazırlıyorlar. Bol miktarda taze meyve ve hamur işi var. Çok sessiz sakin güzel bir otel. Yine gitsem tercihim aynı olur.

Great location. Loud interior.
Pros:

The location is excellent. You can walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar in less than 5 minutes. Good restaurants nearby as well.

Cons:

During two nights of our three night stay there was a lot of noise coming from the guest room above it. It sounded like someone bouncing a basketball for 1.5 hrs. This was between 11pm-1am. We asked the front desk ask the room to politely stop (as other guest did as well). The front desk was little help and said when they eventually were able to get in touch with the room they said they knew they were being loud. Nothing was done to prevent the noise.

A 10/10 Boutique Hotel that we would highly recommend!!!
Pros:

We particularly liked:
*The amazing staff specifically Joanna who dealt promptly with an issue with the air conditioning in our room. Liaising with contractors and her Group Customer Care Team she arranged the repair and a refund to take account of the upset this had caused at the start of our stay.
*The quality of the accommodation
*The Location
*The Rooftop Pool
* Breakfast choice and refreshments available.

Cons:

Nothing this is an excellent hotel and Seville is a lovely city to explore.
