Stayed here with friends from 14th May, 2026 for 2 weeks, travelling with TUI.
Arrived at the hotel early and rooms not ready but we were able to leave cases and go and have lunch in the restaurant which was very nice. When allocated, we were both in Granda Block in rooms 170 and 171 ( I had emailed the hotel and asked for rooms together and well done for accommdating our request). We were really pleased with the Deluxe Rooms we booked, very comfortable and really clean. They are quite large and would easily house 3 adults as there is a drop down bed if needed. There were 2 wardrobes and plenty of hanging space with a couple of shelves below. There were another couple of shelves in the unit in the bedroom but no drawers but we managed. The bathroom was a good size with a lovely walk in shower, loo and vanity sink unit, shower and hand gel, all very clean and quite modern and lots of hot water. The balcony overlooked the main square and bar area and was really large. The safe is free in the Deluxe rooms with kettle and tea and coffee, and pool towels are available for 10Euro each deposit which you get back when you leave. The rooms were serviced to a good standard by the cleaning staff and I lost count of the number of bed changes we had, excellent.
The hotel itself is like a small hacienda, very quaint with absolutely beautiful gardens which are really well maintained. It was extremely clean, well looked after and wherever we sat, it felt like we were in a little village square. There are some stunning trees and vegetation all around which must take some maintaining. The main bar is here and the token system works well, stops people leaving glasses around or dirty tables. Plastic glasses here but in the Bodega Bar you get glass ones. Drinks were fine for us and we had no problems.
We used the large pool as it was entertaining, vibrant and we never had problems getting a bed. It was getting a bit busier towards the back end of our holiday but we always had a bed and brolly. There is also a quiet pool if that's more your scene.
The restaurant is a little cafateria like, a bit plastic and loud but the food, we found, was really good. Salads were gorgeous, there was a healthy eating area, then there was always fish and meat being cooked plus lots of other stews, pasta, chips, vegetables and always a paella which my husband said was outstanding. They replenished the food often and we didn't have issue with the temperature but I suppose timing is everything!! Lots of desserts and lovely fruit and on an evening they had a themed section too. Breakfast is the usual fair that you would expect with lots of choice.
The entertainment team work really hard all through the day and although it is not something we depend on, they were really friendly and good at what they do. There are shows on nearly every night with singers, magicians, dancers etc.
We walked to Puerto Banus along the front which is about 4 miles away, took us about 45 minutes but we were only strolling. The hotel run a bus if this is too far for you. San Pedro within walking distance but we taxied it and it was only 8Euros. Can recommend the restaurant "Alfredos" in San Pedro, went twice and had gorgeous meals and very reasonable.
All in all this hotel is gorgeous, has some fantastic staff who were all friendly and polite, a credit to the hotel, and is certainly a comfortable place to spend a holiday. We all thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks here and met lots of folk who had gone for years. Would we stay again, possibly not but only because we like to go to different places each year.
Many thanks Cortijo Blanco for a lovely holiday.
Back here again, been coming for nearly 10 years and just love the place. Location great, free bus in to Puerto Banus, 10mins walk to the beach, with a few really nice restaurants and in the immediate vicinity there are a few souvenir and convenience shops, restaurants, cafes and large supermarket.
Now on to the hotel, just amazing, rooms great, always worthwhile looking at room options and book what you need, as in my opinion worthwhile booking a room of the standard you want, in the location you want with the view you want if you can.
Housekeeping team a great, rooms was always immaculate.
Food was the usual great standard, always a themed section that changed daily, fresh pizzas and pastas, and a really good variety. I do agree that there seems to be an issue with the hot holding of food and the current equipment does not seem to hold the temperature, therefore some buffet items were cold, however a lot of food is being cooked on live stations, so I would always wait and take freshly prepared from the Chef
The entertainment team have always been amazing here, but this year seems to maybe be a bigger team? seemed to be a lot going on for most of the day. A big shout out to Lourdes, great to see her again and really does make a difference
The bar staff in the main have been there for a long time and its always great to see familiar faces, always happy and so hard working, and must mention Ismail, the lifeguard, who probably doesnt get the recognition he deserves, goes above and beyond his "normal" duties and is always getting involved and checking on guests, a great guy.
Really does feel like home from home and looking forward to booking again
Thank You Cortijo Blanco for another great holiday!!!!!!

7th time here so you know this will be a good review. If you're after a laid back atmosphere, good drinks, friendly guests & staff then this is ideal.
The hotel isn't in a major resort but is about 10 mins walk from beach. Peurto Banus & San Pedro are about 30 mins walk or 10E in taxi.
Hotel is low rise & grounds are well maintained & clean with many trees & flowers. We pay for a Superior room as we like a balcony. Standard rooms just have juliette balconies FYI. Rooms are basic but adequate & cleaned daily.
There's a main pool with usual activities, but we use the quieter pool. Never a problem getting sun beds.
Can see some reviews mention the food quality but we've always found it to be good. 2 fish & 2 meats cooked fresh, plus casseroles etc. Paella, pizza & pasta as back ups. Some days better than others but that's how all inclusives are.
Hotel entertainment is you're standard fayre. Music nights are good & even the more "interesting" shows are good enough given the excellent bar!
Now a big shout out to the bar staff. Bar can get busy but you never wait long. Some staff have your drinks ready while you queue. Some are friendlier than others but all really good... except I'm afraid to say (didn't really want to have to do this) Carlos. On every visit he seems to go out of his way to be rude. Now, it can't be an easy job & people have different personalities, but surely a please, thankyou or even eye contact isn't difficult. We honestly thought it was just us, but after speaking to other return guests (and there are a lot) others felt the same. Weirdly not all TBF so he must pick his victims LOL! It's a shame because it lets down an otherwise first class team but there it is.
There's also a token system at the bar now. You have to hand tokens in to get a glass each & return your glasses for next drink. I suppose it saves clearing tables & people ordering multiple drinks. It's a bit of a pain but fine with us.
Other than those two very minor points we had a great time again. We've paid a lot more over the years to stay at 4 star hotels but this is just as good, if not better than many of them.
Thanks to all staff again you do a great job. It's always appreciated.
See you soon.
Perfecto
Está todo bien

Another stay at this hotel .. second time
Friendly staff from reception , to bar staff to housekeeping to animation team
New animation leader Alicia is a breath of fresh air in comparison to the last few years
Room spacious and clean
Ended up eating out a lot this time , food always cold .. we did mention to the rep re the food and was told she had only received one other complaint
Going by the reviews so far it seems to be an issue but doesn’t seem to be addressed ..
apart from this issue no other complaints

Before booking this hotel last year, I’d looked at the reviews and at the time, there were more positives than negatives about the food. I decided to take a risk but wish I’d paid more and gone elsewhere.
On arrival, my friend and I checked in but got to the room to find a double bed and not the twin room that I’d booked. Got that sorted and headed off to look around. The hotel itself is lovely. The social area is great, the pools are nice, although really cold, the bar staff work really hard and fast but found housekeeping poor and the food was even worse. I didn’t have one hot meal and being a fussy eater, I struggled to find much to eat. Most food was the same daily although one counter would have a different speciality each night and the meat changed daily. They just don’t seem to be able to keep food hot. Much of the meat was fatty and lots of tiny flies were over the fruit and bread areas.
Sheets weren’t changed during our week there, that might be the norm. I had left a note asking for them to be changed but they weren’t. Towels were mostly stained and one day, the shower mat towel was full of silicone bits.
The poor reviews on food are accurate. When googling the area, I was under the impression that the beach and promenade were a short walk away but it took us nearly 20 minutes to get there.
It seems some people paid a lot less than we did. Would I go back? Unfortunately, no.
Not quite sure where to begin.
Here for 11 nights and only 4 nights in while I write this.
Been here a few times and it’s nothing like it used to be.
The room is absolutely spot on and the housekeeping team do a fantastic job between the days. Absolute credit to the Globales housekeeping team.
The drink, well, for an all inclusive it’s shocking! Very little alcohol content and extremely sweet. The bar staff are brilliant and have been the same staff for the time we have been coming. You can drink all day with little effect yet go to a ‘proper’ bar and you notice a difference. We gave in and went to the shop around the corner to buy alcohol.
The food is even worst than the alcohol, breakfast is absolutely freezing cold. Cold sausages, strange bacon and eggs then there’s the baked beans which are like bullets in a watery tomato sauce. Come to lunch then, good luck finding something that makes a decent meal and dinner well, just go out. Everything is bland, everything is cheap and everything is mushy.
The whole experience has gone down hill and we have decided we won’t be back again as we are spending more money eating and drinking out than staying here, and we still have 8 days to go.
If you are over 60, smoke and prefer to be sober and eat bland food, then this is the ideal place to stay
First went in September 25 , said we would return May . .travelled with TUI..To us just as nice with a few differences..
Didn't have to pay for a safe , just the €10 refundable deposit, also we had a kettle and mugs in the room BUT no tea, milk etc ,or fridge( Didn't bother us as not expected)..Again to us lovely staff ,cleaners ,bar, and animation team . Plastic glasses outside ,in the sun and evening entertainment which was ,
Bingo and visiting artists ..
The is an inside quiet bar and you get glasses lol.. We used this on the only night it rained ,for the bingo and singer..
Food was varied, and loved the hotplate cooking..
Breakfast was a bit chaotic as most of the coffee selections would run out..
There is a free bus a couple of times a day to Puerto Banous or walk to San Pedro 20-30min walk..Carrefour round the corner, with a tabac shops and a few restaurants...Hope to be back soon
the hotel is great, personel is very nice and helpfull, everyone greets you with a big smile
the architects is beautiful, a lot of flowers here and the food in all inclusive has a big choice and is delicious,
there is a bus stop near the hotel, beach and some shops
i would like to book this hotel for second time :)
