Lage und Aussicht, Ausnehmend zuvorkommendes, geduldiges und umsichtiges Personal.

Leider war der Gesamtaufenthalt mit zu lauter und wenig angenehmer "Musik"- Beschallung belastet. Das fing bereits morgens beim Früstück an, war abends im Restaurant so und ging dann bis in die Nacht bis in das Zimmer - unüberhörbar auch bei geschlossenem Fenster/Türen zum Balkon. Und wenn man wenig sensible Nachbarn hatte, die Fernseher und/oder Radio laut genossen, so war man auch hier, bei relativer Hellhörigkeit, beteiligt
Wer das von zu Hause so gewohnt ist, dem mag es gefallen, wer Ruhe, Erholung und Natur möchte, der sollte das Hotel vermeiden. Aber vielleicht ist es auch in anderen Hotels in Palma so, weil die meisten Menschen, die Mallorca besuchen, das so erwarten?
Eigentlich schade, weil das Personal ausnehmend freundlich und zuvorkommend ist. Das galt bereits an der Rezeption bei der Ankunft.

Suit war ziemlich Groß tollen Ausblick, Frühstück war sehr Lecker, Außen und Innenpool, sehr angenehme Spa. Schöne Katzen im Hotelgelände. Preisleistung fande ich Top

Cons:

Das Bad roch sehr unangenehm, das Bett war zu weich, die Personal teilweise etwas unfreundlich.

Fantastic sea vacation in Mallorca just at the sea side
Pros:

Fantastic location with direct access to the sea. You have everything you need at this hotel including sauna and spa, indoor and outdoor pools and sun beds under pine trees. The breakfast has a large variety of different food and enough space in most of the cases. Only once we needed to wait a bit to be seated. Decorations in the hotel are lovely and you feel very comfortable there. That was our second time in this place and we definitely would come again. Sea views are amazing here and the sea is just perfect.

Cons:

The hotel itself is a bit aged, but it is not a big issue as it gives the hotel a special charm as well. What would be better next time if the house cleaning would not consider anything that is not directly in the garbage bin as a garbage. The cleaning itself was perfect, but a few of the small things we would like to keep (like stickers to the swimming googles to protect the lenses for our way back in the luggage) were treated as a garbage lying on the desk and thrown away by the cleaning service. Another room for improvement would be a pillow menue. Pillows were very comfortable, but a bit too high. We asked for smaller ones but received the same kind, just a bit less filled. This did the job, but next time it would be better if the hotel would have a few more different options to chose from in case of a need.

Cons:

Vi fick inte tillbaka mellanskillnaden när vi bytte rum. Sviten är absolut inte värd att kalla svit. Det luktade avlopp så det gick inte att ha det rummet.
Hissen gick inte att använda på två dagar.
Men inte ett ord från personalen. Vi bodde på våning 8.

Gorgeous hotel and relaxing stay
Pros:

We really loved our stay here and plan to return already next year. We didn't have a car so being able to get the bus easily into Palma for dinner and have several beautiful beaches within quick walking distance made it a perfect location for us. We were also happy to spend time relaxing around the hotel, as the setting is so gorgeous. Thank you also to the staff who always went out of their way to help!

L'hôtel est vraiment très agréable et très bien situé. Le personnel est plutôt avenant et efficace. Un bel endroit.

Cons:

Si le petit déjeuner est très bien, la restauration est catastrophique et indigne d'un 4 étoiles.
Peu de choix, une qualité très loin d'être au rendez-vous et un service à peine au niveau d'un fast food.
C'est vraiment un point à améliorer car on est très loin du standing attendu pour un tel établissement.
Le Room service est médiocre. Les plats ne sont même pas mis sous cloche et servis sur un plateau digne des plateaux repas chez Flunch.

A pleasant stay but not perfect !
Pros:

Lovely views- friendly staff-

Cons:

Sub standard bed linen - sweaty rubber under sheets - old scruffy bath towels - bottled water not replaced each day - Teabags & milk not replaced each day.
Breakfast good - Food in the Bar not good and dinner was repetitive . No proper Bar lounge .
