It is necessary to leave a deposit of 10€ for it. In line with our actions to help the environment, we will change towels once a week. Perfect hotel that I have frequently revisited
Pros:

We loved every second of our four stays this year. I would never want to stay anywhere else when I return to Mallorca. The location, the amenities, the rooms are all perfect. But what sets this hotel aside is how incredible the staff are.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Det var bra men...
Pros:

Läget vid vattnet var toppen och möjligheten till att bada i havet och poolen vad underbart! Bussen går utanför vilket var perfekt !

Cons:

Bara duschtvål på rummet. Ingen hudkräm, tandkräm eller något annat. Det är ändå är det ett spa hotell... och framförallt 4 stjärnigt

Det står på hemsidan och vid solbäddarna att man ej fick reservera solstolar och att personalen efter 1h plockar bort handdukar om dom ej sett någon där. Men de gjorde dom aldrig. Detta gjorde att man kände stress med frukost och stress att få plats vid stranden/poolen. Det kunde ligga handdukar kvar en hel dag utan att någon var där.

I was hot in the room I was staying in but the staff made up for it and they made sure any issues we addressed they fixed. I recommend the hotel

Super happy mit allem- tolles Hotel , super Aussicht vom Zimmer, alles wirklich toll, sich das Frühstück und Abendbuffet. Ich kann einfach nur 10/10 geben!

Je reviens seulement si je garantie l’amélioration des notes dessus
Pros:

L’accès direct à la mer rocheuse
Le dîner & petit dej avec la terrasse resto
Pas d’animation ou de music au cours de la journée et ça convient le repos et relax recherchés
L’aspect Andalousie et authentique de l’hôtel

J’espère que ces 5 Notes seront améliorée à mon retour en juillet 2027 !:

Pas de place parking (payant à 20 €/. Jr) Malgré la réservation à cause du nombre très limité de places dédiés —> à faire plus d’effort pour changer de stratégie : 1- mieux manier les 2 places parking du Check in 2- réserver les 3 places parking publics juste devant l’hôtel au moment des pics (à travers le Guest woman ou un parking man)

L’ascenseur du bloc B est en panne durant 2 jours donc pour les étages num 6-7-8 et 9 c’est la galère
Et c’est la remarque de bcp de visiteurs depuis des années ( toujours non réglée !)

Les 2 Snack bar ferment tôt pour les plagistes et nageurs de piscine; Après 17h, il faut monter au -1 resto pour commander !

Biar américain a 2 € à la réception mais qui ne fonctionne pas .

Les détails du Service massage n’est mentionné ni à l’arrivée réception ni SPA ni en marchant dans l’hôtel ; et c’est un manque marketing énorme pour les couples qui auront besoin.
