Fantastic Spa. Pool area heated and at scheduled times are open to kids.

It has a lot of pros! We mostly enjoyed our stay, but I wouldn’t say it’s a 4 star hotel. More like 3 star hotel.
Pros:

Great location and access to the water! I loved the views from my window.

Cons:

There were several instances when I questioned the cleanliness of the kitchen, specifically the plates and cutlery.
Pillows were horrible so uncomfortable.
I had a premium double room and I marked a double bed but it was just two singles pushed together.
The hotel is old. I’m not against that at all, but the interior combines too many different styles, which takes away from the overall ambience.

Pros:

La strutturato era bellissima e aveva anche la palestra

Cons:

La non disponibilità del parcheggio, e noi eravamo anche disposti a pagare quanto richiesto. Abbiamo sopperito con il parking comunale.

Cons:

More of an all inclusive resort rather than a spa hotel. Food was very bad and so were the drinks.
Hotel is definitely not compatible for the amount of people paying to stay. No available sun beds most days

En general, el hotel cuenta con buenas instalaciones. Las áreas comunes están bien cuidadas y la zona de la piscina es muy agradable. El desayuno también es uno de los puntos positivos: muy completo, variado, bien servido y con buenas opciones.

Las habitaciones tienen instalaciones regulares y son cómodas, pero tuvimos algunos inconvenientes importantes. Uno de ellos fue el minibar. En la descripción de la habitación se indica que dispone de minibar, pero al llegar notamos que no enfriaba. Pensamos que se trataba de un problema del equipo y lo comunicamos en recepción. Nos informaron que al día siguiente realizarían el cambio.

Sin embargo, cuando llegó el técnico, nos explicó que no se trataba de una avería, sino que el sistema de refrigeración de los minibares de esas habitaciones no funciona como un frigorífico y que únicamente las suites disponen de un minibar que realmente enfría. Consideramos que esta información debería estar claramente especificada en Booking, ya que al reservar una habitación que incluye minibar, lo lógico es esperar que este funcione correctamente y permita mantener bebidas o alimentos fríos.

También tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado. Aunque estaba encendido, enfriaba muy poco y durante la noche pasamos bastante calor, lo que afectó directamente nuestro descanso.

En resumen, el hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, una piscina agradable y un desayuno excelente. Sin embargo, los problemas con el minibar y el aire acondicionado hicieron que nuestra experiencia no fuera tan satisfactoria como esperábamos. Son aspectos básicos de comodidad que consideramos importantes en una estancia y, por este motivo, no es un hotel que elegiríamos nuevamente para alojarnos.

A fantastic stay. Will defo recommend & will return. Stayed there with my 20 yr old granddaughter
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a fabulous location. I loved the Spanish feel about the hotel. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. The food choices and presentation were excellent and something for everyone. Loved that there was a regular bus with the stop right out side the hotel. Easy for getting to the airport.

Cons:

I'm being picky with this but no real problem. Too many sun beds crammed next to each other. Would have preferred more comfortable quality furniture for watching the evening show. Plastic chairs looks cheap but worked well when it rained.

Pros:

The overall feel is luxurious, with beautiful aesthetics, spotless spaces and great attention to detail throughout the property. The beach has incredibly clear water, sunbeds are always available, and the hotel offers fantastic amenities including a spa with sauna and steam room, a gym, towel service, multiple pools and several bars.

The food was honestly incredible. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing, with great options for breakfast too. We genuinely never had a bad meal during our stay!

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed, a lovely shower and a cute little terrace overlooking the sea. The room was also thoroughly cleaned every day, which we really appreciated.

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. And a special mention has to go to Lomi and Lola, the hotel cats, who definitely made my stay extra special! 🐱❤️

The location was also very convenient, around 20 minutes by car from both the airport and Palma.

Overall, the hotel has such a great vibe: relaxing and effortlessly beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Cons:

As the hotel is built into the rocks, there are quite a few stairs throughout the property. Most floors are accessible by elevator, but unfortunately the elevator on my floor wasn’t functioning, so I had to use a flight of stairs to reach my room. The beach is also accessed via several flights of stairs. It’s definitely doable, but it’s worth knowing in advance that the hotel is spread across different levels and involves quite a bit of walking up and down stairs.
