Has lost its charm
Pros:

Have stayed multiple times at this hotel so I know the area well

Cons:

Some of the staff super unpleasant really upsetting as I love to stay here however won’t be returning

Tolles Hotel am Meer
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, mit guter Verbindung in die Stadt.
Toller Blick aufs Meer. Geräumige Zimmer. Gutes Essen. Schöne Poolanlage und direkter Meerzugang.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren sehr weich.

Pros:

El hotel exquisito, los desayunos eran increíbles y tenía acceso directo al mar que fue muy rico!
La ubicación nos encantó. A pesar de no estar en el centro de palma, como recorrimos tanto la isla, la conectividad en Illetes era mucho mejor.

Beautiful simple hotel , very clean , lovely helpful staff , breakfast was good

Rooms were nice , comfy beds
We had a sea view what was beautiful definitely a must , the only negative about the room was apart from the bathroom there were no mirrors which really was needed !

5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach €35 for a bed worth going

There's nothing round the hotel apart from a small supermarket and 2 small restaurants / bar , you had to walk a good way for more or catch the number 4 bus €2 right outside the hotel

Nice hotel, great staff but disappointing pool area.
Pros:

Good location in Illetas and the staff were brilliant.

Cons:

The pool area was poor. Two small pools and regimented sun beds. Also no late afternoon sun.

An absolute Majorcan gem
Pros:

I loved this hotel. I wanted to find somewhere near the Illetes beach club, for just one night for my wedding anniversary and Roc seemed to offer everything I needed. We arrived around midday to a welcome glass of Cava and the joy of being told our room was ready. I had booked a sea view room (602) and it was blue and white and characterful. Cozy bed, hot shower and an amazing view of the sea.

The hotel has a private entrance to the coastal path with a one minute walk to that beautiful illetas beach.

We had half board which included the buffet (not the a la carte), and everything was fresh and delicious. Amazing salads and fresh sea bass cooked to order.

Breakfast was equally plentiful and delicious. Absolutely anything you could want was on offer and to have breakfast overlooking the pine trees and sea were my idea of heaven.

We booked a Bali bed for the following day and even though we had to check out by 12 we were able to use it all day, store out luggage and there was a small shower room to freshen up before heading to the airport for the last flight home. Bliss.

Cons:

Nothing. However the hotel has many different levels so anyone with major mobility problems would struggle. There are lifts though for people that can handle a few steps.

There was a coffee maker in the room but I like tea in the morning ☕

Sauna et hammam a disposition
Accès direct sur une plage privée depuis l'hôtel
Parking privé mais payant 15e/jour en basse saison et 20e/j en haute saison
Grande chambre et grande salle de bain

Cons:

Pour un hôtel dit spa avec 4etoiles, pas de shampooing et après shampooing separés du gel douche
Beaucoup de gens au petit déjeuner à 10h avec la queue pour avoir accès aux oeufs préparés par un cuisinier

Pros:

Excellent room and view. All very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Really easy to get the bus from outside the hotel into Palma.

Excelente hotel con vistas al mar y desayuno y servicios completos
Pros:

El hotel cuenta con todos los servicios y sus piscinas con vistas al mar son muy bonitas. El personal es muy amable y la habitación muy cómoda. El desayuno, que se puede hacer en la terraza con vistas al mar, muy completo. El acceso privado a la playa garantiza menos masificación.

Cons:

Cortaron los servicios de internet y TV unas horas antes de que tuviéramos que hacer el check out.
