The establishment provides 1 pool towel per guest at reception. It is necessary to leave a deposit of 10€ for each towel. In line with our actions to help the environment, we will change towels once a week. For each additional towel change, you will have to pay 1€ per towel at the reception.

Starters, salads and desserts are served buffet-style, whilst the main course is prepared to order at the show cooking station, with a wide variety to choose from. Było w porządku.
Pros:

Pyszne i różnorodne śniadania, fajna lokalizacja, hotel nad wodą.

Cons:

Bardzo słabo działająca klimatyzacja. Wokół hotelu i w niektórych pokojach pojawiał się zapach z kanalizacji. Łóżka w głównej części budynku są niewygodnie i zbyt miękkie. Łóżka dużo lepsze są w budynku na przeciwko, należącym do tego hotelu.

Fantastic place
Pros:

Fantastic location, view, breakfast, facilities. Great value for money.

Cons:

A little bit outdated rooms, and not always the best cleaning. If this was improved it would be a 10/10. You come for the location, ocean view, the outdoor not for the room itself.

Beautiful ocean views and swims
Pros:

The location of the hotel right on the seafront is amazing, being able to jump right in is perfect and the pool areas are lovely. Good buffet selection at breakfast and dinner, lovely setting looking across at the water! Rooms were clean and functional, reception staff helpful and welcoming with a glass of cava on arrival! The free rooftop yoga was an unexpected bonus which we loved!!

Cons:

The beachside cafe (Il Ancla) was very expensive and service extremely slow- we went once and waited over an hour for two salads and no one was apologetic. We gave the benefit of the doubt and returned a second time- only for the same thing to happen and were told it was a system failure. It was really frustrating and wasted a significant part of the day when we wanted to be enjoying the sun and sea! Again, not much apology and not offered anything to compensate this like a complimentary drink which would’ve helped. I would avoid this if you are planning to stay and look for lunch elsewhere (although options are very limited around the local area and you are largely confined to the hotel unless you go to Palma)

Znakomita obsługa, znakomite śniadania, Pan Piotrek, który we wszystkim doradzi i w granicach rozsądku wszystko załatwi (może i poza granicami rozsądku. nie próbowaliśmy). Blisko na 3 ładne małe plaże (ale na każdej się zmieściliśmy). czyściutka woda :)

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour
Pros:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner, l’emplacement, la vue exceptionnelle depuis notre chambre et depuis la piscine

Cons:

Il ne s’agit pas d’un lit double mais de deux lits simples (avec deux sommiers distincts) collés, ce qui diminue malheureusement le confort du lit

When we arrived Armand at the front desk was viably flustered. The check in process was chaotic and didn’t need to be. I didn’t know where I was going and I was on my own. It would have been nice if he had shown me.

Great Atmosphere
Pros:

I’m so glad we chose Roc hotel for our holidays!
From free yoga mornings to entertainment every night, ow take me back!!
The service was amazing, all the staff from reception to gardeners above and beyond to help us with any questions. Diego and the the lovely “bald guy” at the reception were great!!
Hotel cleaning was spotless and the mades were very good.
Close to restaurants, beach, markets and Palma centre just 20mins away.
Cannot recommend more! I will definitely come back ❤️

Wonderful ROC Illetas stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed it a lot. The food, the service, the comfort - everything was superb. Wonderful girl Eva greeting us at breakfast offering a glass of champagne- this is how our day was starting in this wonderful hotel. In the afternoon cocktail Sangria with miraculous sea view - Antony will prepare a tasty drink for you to enjoy near the Pool and relax. Great ladies in the restaurant- Mery was so sweet and attentive to all our requests. Indeed we did enjoy our stay here and will come back definitely!❤️

Location, Buffet, Staff and the aesthetics of the hotel were amazing. Sea view room was perfect.

Cons:

The only small issues we had was that we were on bottom floor and lift was broken- lots of stairs to keep me fit. showers would take a long time to warm up.

Enjoyable stay, perfect views and location
Pros:

Staff were lovely, champagne on arrival was a great touch and the breakfast and dinner buffets were fab. Our room was simple and clean, with a stunning view over the med. Location was perfect, a few minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach.

Cons:

It was impossible to get a sun lounger by the sea, they were all reserved with towels! The pool wasn’t huge but it did the job. The cafe serving à la carte food wasn’t great, the placemats were dirty and it it was very quiet so not much atmosphere. The main restaurant and buffets were excellent though.
