Pros:

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement, les équipements,, l'animation, la demie pension et les plats fait maison.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié la qualité du nettoyage de notre chambre. La douche a été nettoyée au bout du 4eme jour. Simple coup fe balai dans la chambre. Il y a un effort à faire sur ce point. Cet hôtel est un 4 etoiles et vue le prix des chambres on s'attend à mieux. Il faudrait aussi changer le canapé qui a bien vécu.

Séjour idyllique
Pros:

Famille de 5, visite fin août 2026, All inclusive. Équipe au top, parlent esp/fra/deu/eng. Les chambres sont parfaites, nous avions demandé une chambre vue mer au dernier étage, nos choix ont été respectés. Animations tout au long de la journée, mais si vous ne voulez pas les faire pas de problème, les animateurs ne sont pas trop insistants, et le soir la musique s'arrête à 23h00, ce qui nous a semblé raisonnable. Le buffet est très bien, varié, les plats changent tous les jours, il y en a pour tous les goûts, du petit-déjeuner au repas du soir, il y a même un snack vers 16h00.

Cons:

Pas de parking, mais il est facile de se garer dans la rue. Piscine un peu sale en fin de journée, la douche avant l'entrée dans l'eau est normalement obligatoire mais consigne peu suivie par les clients. De même pour ceux qui "réservent" les transats en laissant leur serviette dessus, c'est clairement interdit dans le règlement de l'hotel mais les gens le font quand même, dommage que la direction de l'hôtel ne dise rien.

If you like big, old type, all inclusive resorts, this is your place. If not avoid. I think it is not worth the money. D
Pros:

Good location. Room with nice sea view.

Cons:

The lamp in the main room was not working, and the AC was leaking. I also had some chocolates in my carry-on, and unfortunately, ants got inside my bag, forcing me to throw all the chocolates away.

In addition, our room was not made up on the first day. I had to complain at the front desk and request compensation for the various inconveniences. As compensation, I was given another room to use for a late checkout until 5 p.m.

The breakfast was also disappointing, as the food did not seem particularly fresh.

Relaxing and lovely stay
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Alua suites. The staff especially Oscar and Leire has showed us their kindness and both are extremely helpful with any requests/ queries we have. The relaxing pool for adults with the views of the sea was so peaceful away from the loud music from the other pool. The half board was flexible if we want to swap our dinner to lunch which was convenient if we wanted to go out for dinner. The food in buffet was delicious and the hotel served something different everyday. We’re happy with the size of our room and our balcony. The location is walking distance to the nearest beach and to the marina. Overall lovely and relaxing stay.

Cons:

The housekeeping changed our towels everyday but the room was not cleaned everyday. It would’ve been nice to have water provided and the teas to be refilled in the room.

Prima maar niet bijzonder.
Pros:

Mooie ligging aan zee. Voldoende zonnebedden. Een apart zwembad voor rust weg van drukte en kinderen.

Cons:

De bedden hadden diepe kuilen. De kamer rook naar rioollucht. Ook na aangeven bij de locatie dat deze problemen zich voordeden, is er wel moeite gedaan maar ze werden niet opgelost. Verplaatsen naar een andere kamer zou ons een kamer zonder zeezicht opleveren. Ze hadden ook andere bedden kunnen plaatsen in de kamer waar wij zaten en het putlucht probleem kunnen oplossen.

Todo muy bien las piscinas el personal muy amable las vistas la ubicación

Cons:

Todo era en inglés, estamos en España no en un país inglés, los shows de la noche eran en inglés los monitores de las actividades de la piscina la mayoría hablaban en inglés. Yo si voy a china por ejemplo no me van a hablar en castellano ni harán shows de España. En las habitaciones había muchas hormigas. En el buffer la comida no era buena. Nunca pusieron carne por ejemplo. La comida era rara

Pros:

Die Lage war wirklich ein Traum! So schön ruhig mal Blick aufs Meer - wirklich super zum entspannen! Besonders der Adult only Pool war großartig.

Cons:

Die Luftfeuchtigkeit in den Zimmern war etwas unangenehm. Die Klimaanlage hat zwar funktioniert, aber das hat da auch nicht wirklich geholfen. Dadurch war gefühlt alles immer feucht (Kleidung, Bett, etc.). Vielleicht sollten die Klimaanlagen mal wieder erneuert werden.
