Curtains need to be modernised. Difficult to close for night time.
It is within a stone’s throw of everything you need. Whether you are travelling for leisure or business, the location is convenient and well suited to both.
I stayed in a higher-tier room and did not experience the ageing room issues that some other guests have reported. In fact, my room was in very good condition. I would not necessarily call it a five-star hotel, but 4.5 stars is certainly a fair rating.
I also used the gym. It was basic, but the facilities were in excellent condition.
The Sha Tin location may be less ideal for tourists who want to focus mainly on Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, or Hong Kong Island. That said, New Town Plaza is right nearby, and there are other attractions in the New Territories. One minor point is that not all staff speak fluent English. Just be patient, they are willing to help.

1. 饮水需要去楼层的公共饮水机打水，略有不便，希望日后能提供minibar或者室内直饮水。
2. 洗衣房只有2套洗烘机，而且价格有些偏高，希望日后可以增加洗烘设备供应。（另外洗烘机都只有一种默认程序，特殊情况下可能难以满足需求）

The double bed have something that make my skin so itchy and couldn’t sleep too wells and Is shock for hotel around 4-5 star, hmm.
