Inolvidable!
Pros:

Fuimos con mi pareja y nuestra perra, el lugar es hermoso y muy tranquilo. Ideal para descansar.
Al principio tuvimos un inconveniente pero lo solucionaron con rapidez y sin ningún problema.
Soy celiaca y el desayuno Espectacular, muy variado. Tienen mucho cuidado con la contaminación cruzada. Nosotros teníamos también la cena, siempre indicándome que podía comer. Aún así, todo estaba señalado, por los alérgenos.
El personal, en general. Todos muy amables!
Quisiéramos destacar al Camarero Lino, siempre con una sonrisa y predisposición. Además nos preparo una Sangria de 10!!!
En general todos impecables.

La camera ferma agli anni ‘70 e la mancata inclusione delle bevande nel totale del soggiorno (avevamo scelto la mezza pensione e solitamente, in questa formula, le bibite al tavolo sono incluse nel prezzo della soggiorno. Per quanto lo staff fosse gentile e cordiale, in sala credo sia necessario conoscere almeno i termini base inglesi per avere una conversazione con qualcuno che non conosce la lingua locale

Stunning location and views, but disappointing maintenance and noise.
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location, with incredible views over the town and surrounding area. The entire property is surrounded by beautiful greenery and botanical garden vibe, which give it a unique and romantic atmosphere. The swimming pool overlooking the town is particularly impressive, with fantastic views, especially around sunrise and sunset.

Cons:

Although the hotel has a unique and romantic architectural style, unfortunately, the overall condition does not live up to its potential. Much of the interior feels heavily worn and in need of proper maintenance. Visible mold, dust, corrosion, unpleasant odors, and improvised repairs to walls, woodwork, and furniture gave the impression that the property is not being maintained to the standard its prestigious image would suggest.
Noise was another major issue. I would definitely avoid the “sea view” superior rooms on the first floor, as they are located directly below the restaurant and terrace. The constant noise made it practically impossible to fall asleep before 1 a.m.
Even more disappointing was that the staff conveniently failed to mention that a wedding would be taking place in the restaurant during our stay. The resulting noise left us unable to sleep for an entire night. For a hotel of this category, guests should at least be informed in advance when a private event is likely to significantly affect their stay.
Breakfast was generally fine, but fairly basic and more in line with what I would expect from a lower-cost hotel.
Overall, the property has a lot of character and genuine potential, but it needs considerably better maintenance, attention to detail, and guest communication to deliver the prestigious experience it appears to be aiming for.

A run-down hotel that's overpriced for what it offers. Outdated windows, hot water with no pressure that keeps cutting out, a monotonous breakfast, and parking that costs extra. The management is sorely lacking in empathy. Avoid at all costs.
