Que la habitación no abre con la llave y me cambiaron para otra habitación muy bonita pero tenía una cucaracha grande y me cambiaron pero solamente tenía agua caliente

Lástima ese hotel por que en las fotos se ve bien bonito pero cuando llegas es horrible huele a feo desde que entras el ascensor bueno a pura droga y la habitación peor el aire acondicionado nunca lo han limpiado me sentí insegura mal solo dure 10 minutos y me fui del lugar no me importó perder mi dinero

No me gustó nada todo estaba mal desde que entras todo huele feo a droga el ascensor el cuarto el aire súper sucio huele a humedad agua estancada de siente inseguro nada como se ve en las fotos no me importó perder mi dinero de fui a los 10 minutos

I enjoyed my stay at best western at Ft.lauterdal and I would stay there again.
Pros:

The location was perfect and the staff was friendly and professional. My favorite was Mary, she was very helpful registering us, because we arrived early. There was a few restaurants in the area. We found a nice Caribbean restaurant nearby and the food was good.

Cons:

The hotel was a little dated, but it was comfortable.

Regular, buscaria mejores opciones en otra ocasion.
Cons:

limpieza y mantenimiento. Me tuve que cambiar de habitacion al llegar porque habia cucarachas muertas por la habitacion. Los airtes acondicionados fueron actualizacion, pero la instalacion en si misma no, por lo que la habitacion queda conectada al ecterior por agujeros de oxido roto de donde esta el AA.

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

smelt like mold. Elevator didn’t work. No breakfast was left at 7:30 AM. Did not care that we were having chest pains all night due to the overwhelming smell of mold. carpets were wet.
