Bon hotel mais attention: Vous risquez une reservation d'une chambre qui donne sur echafaudage!

Chambre simple avec tous ce qu'il faut: 2 lits separes, bureau, clim, vu sur la rue et le vieux port (attention: chambres sur le cote sont reservanles mais aucune VU a cause des echafaudages) a lire la suite

Nous avions réservé une chambre classique, mais à notre arrivée, la réceptionniste nous a informés que notre chambre se trouvait du côté de l’hôtel actuellement en travaux/echafaudage. La fenêtre est donc condamnée et il n’y a aucune vue.

Pour avoir une chambre avec vue, on nous a demandé de payer 20 € supplémentaires par nuit !

Le problème est que rien de tout cela n’était indiqué sur Booking.com, ni même sur le site officiel de l’hôtel au moment de la réservation. Nous aurions évidemment choisi une autre chambre ou un autre hôtel si cette information avait été clairement mentionnée.

Nous trouvons cette pratique particulièrement décevante et peu transparente. Les clients devraient être informés avant de réserver qu’une partie de l’hôtel est en travaux et que certaines chambres n’ont ni fenêtre utilisable ni vue.

Pros:

Hotels location is great, just at the heart of the Viıeux-Port. The reception staff is awesome. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The balconies side view is great. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every bit of it.

It's a good 3 star hotel for location and breakfast is fair. I can not say they are bad but prıce wıse you are not feelıng good ın narrow, no cooler room and noıse untıl 3:30 am. using a joınt cooler ı 1st floor not havıng at your room ın 33 celcius reminded us hostels. Not a good choıce for 40+ customers. hotel manager ıs unpolıte

Bookıng ıs responsible to check undeserved ratıngs on your site not to wrong guıdance and follow up such hotels who has bad managers. Nobody supported to me to fınd a solutıon. we had a health problem but manager dıd not accept the case and bookıng never assıst to me (your AI assıstant doesnt work properly). If I am alone what ıs ın ıt for me to be a loyal customer to bookıng?

Great spot for exploring Marseille
Pros:

The Hotel is 50 meters away from the local boat terminal , where the boats leave for the beaches. Great restaurants in walking distance

Cons:

Because the hotel is situated in a pedestrian area , you will have to walk there from whereever you parked your car

Sauf les travaux que Booking n'avait pas stipulé sur la réservation !!

Cons:

Je n'ai vraiment pas aimé que Booking ne me stipule pas que l'hôtel était en travaux. Ravalement de façade. Du coup impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres, donc la vue, il n'y en avait pas et pas d'air dans la chambre.
Et bien-sûr, le bruit tôt le matin car les travailleurs faisaient leur travail.

Schönes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Top Lage, nettes Personal, gute Ausstattung. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit tollem Blick auf den Alten Hafen - das war sehr schön! Am Alten Hafen ist es aber auch immer sehr laut, bis spät in die Nacht.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte etwas besser sein. An manchen Tagen schien alles frisch und es war auch etwas Obst da, aber es gab auch Tage, da waren die Croissants nicht ganz frisch und es fehlte Obst.

C’est l’hôtel idéal pour un séjour à Marseille
Pros:

Tout était parfait : l’hôtel est bien situé, les chambres sont propres et confortables, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et le personnel est agréable.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif concerne les prises électriques peu nombreuses et pas forcément bien positionnées dans les chambres, mais cela reste un détail.
