Un excellent hôtel que je recommande à 100 % ! L’établissement est très propre, bien entretenu et idéalement situé. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, souriant, à l’écoute et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients. Tout était impeccable du début à la fin. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Voor herhaling vatbaar!
Pros:

Het hotel ligt fraai aan het strand aan de rand van badplaats La Grande Motte. Je loopt van hieruit gemakkelijk naar restaurants zonder zelf hinder van eventuele drukte te ondervinden.
De voorzieningen zijn uitstekend en het personeel is vriendelijk, behulpzaam, flexibel en vooral niet opdringerig. Het kost iets meer, maar dan heb je ook wat.

Cons:

Wij hadden een terras bij de kamer; heerlijk, maar de buren zijn wel heel erg zichtbaar/hoorbaar.

A localização do hotel já vale a estadia, mas além disso o hotel é muito bom!
Pros:

A localização do hotel é fantástica. Tudo no Vieux Port se faz a pé, e a estação do Metrô é bem na frente da entrada do hotel. Bom café da manhã e instalações de tamanho bom, considerando um prédio antigo e histórico.

No food service available at this hotel

Cons:

We notified the reception desk that we were departing at 4 AM and were told that the desk would be attended by an employee at that hour. At 4 AM no one was present and the exit was locked, which must be a safety violation. There was a sign on the desk to call a number if we needed anything from an employee who probably was sleeping elsewhere. We called and he arrived shortly to unlock the exit so we could leave. Not a good arrangement and not what we had been told.
