Enjoyable 5 nights
Pros:

You get what you paid for. Location, not suitable for people with disabilities, as up on the hills. For us, , it was fine. The Hotel ,in need of a update, but all over, it was clean. The food, was tasty, with fresh salads, fish, and a meat dishes. The pool bar, animated, with enough chairs in a shaded terrace. Swimming pool, was clean and for us, big enough to do some lengths.
All together, we had 5 nights very enjoyable.

Cons:

The entertainment is completely missing. A bit of the dance in the evening, won't kill anyone. It is a good 15 min walk down hill, for entertainment, and considering the walk uphill on return, we think that a lot of your guests, will appreciate some entertainment.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in
Pros:

The pool area was just okay here. There really wasn’t much else positive about this.

Cons:

The biggest problem this place has is having no air con in the rooms. This is simply unacceptable in 2026. At night, it’s incredibly uncomfortable to sleep with the heat. We stayed on the first floor, and we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the windows open for safety reasons. However they rent fans which cost €15. There’s several of these hotels around the island, so installing A/C shouldn’t be an issue. The food options were mostly the same every night. But they did have a few vegan/vege options and it was labelled adequately. The rooms were dirty and smelled of mould/musty. The whole place needs a refurbishment. The staff working at the hotel were hit or miss. Some were friendly and helpful, others were quite miserable. If you’re considering staying here, I’d just recommend paying a bit extra to stay somewhere nicer, so it won’t ruin your holiday experience

El hotel de los horrores!
Pros:

El personal muy atento.

Cons:

Muy viejo todo, sin enchufes en la habitación, no hay aire acondicionado. Muchos bichos, cucarachas, arañas...
No limpian la habitación todos los días.
La piscina, la cierran a las 18,00h, no puedes disfrutar de ella!!!

You get what ye pay for. Wouldn't go back.

Pool was ok, pool bar was ok, meals were below average

Cons:

Rooms were in some state, we had a family room to start, the windows and doors were falling to pieces, bath had been poorly resprayed, and had flaking enamel.

El personal de estos apartamentos hacen que sea un 10 , le haría falta una reforma , pero para el precio estuvo bien

El personal , todos muy amables los recepcionistas excelentes personas , los chicos del buffet super amables y de bar piscina ni decir , todos grandes personas , trato genial

Cons:

Las instalaciones, muy viejas , bastante deterioradas , los cristales de la piscina parece que jamás ha pasado un limpia cristales , la limpieza de la habitación muy pero muy limitada , de entrada se notó y el día de limpieza solo quitaron basura y toallas , el buffet muy limitado pero para el precio está bien

Cons:

The location top of a hill , only cleaned once in the 7 day stay , had to ask for clean towels at reception , would not stay there again, & definitely would not recommend taking children there

The worsed hotel I’ve ever been to
Pros:

We had no air conditioner or Wi-Fi
The staff are great the property is a wreak snd stay away as far as you can from this hotel
Foods not good at all and charge you for cups for drinks
