駅からも近く、分かり易いしスタッフさん達も感じ良く対応して下さいました。

快適でした。
Pros:

赤坂駅から近くてとても便利　部屋はとても使いやすかった。　歯ブラシ、ボディタオルなどの備品も良いモノだった。

Cons:

自分はビジネスユースだったので、デスク周りにもう少しだけ明るさが欲しかった（ただ他のホテルよりは明るいかも）。

Good stay. Great base for exploring.

Cons:

Office chair with wide wheels was too big for the small space. Chair with narrow base required.
A second seat, like a stool, needed when 2 people are booked.

この価格でなら満足！！
Pros:

行きたい場所からの立地の良さ！間違えて違う系列店舗に行ってしまいましたが、ちゃんと誘導もしてくれて助かりました！！

Cons:

入った瞬間過去誰か吸ったタバコなのかホコリなのか独特な臭いがしました。

スタッフの対応
夜火災報知器が作動し、サイレンが鳴り響きました。機械アナウンスでは1階で火事とのことで、フロアは騒然となりました。続けて後で放送しますとアナウンスがあり部屋で待機していましたが、その後待っても待ってもなんのアナウンスがありません。
もし火災が本当ならば、逃げ遅れて最悪の事態もありえました。
10分ほどたったでしょうか？さすがにフロントに確認に行きましたが、外国人スタッフの方が「あー、間違いです、点検業者呼んでるんで」と…。
いや、じゃあ館内放送してくださいよと言いましたが、反応はさっぱり。
翌朝チェックアウト時にもなんのお詫びもなく、モヤモヤが募りました。
そんな対応のホテル、もう2度と宿泊はしません。

立地が良くて静かでゆっくりできるホテルでした
Pros:

赤坂という便利な立地にあり、移動もしやすかったです。坂の上にあるので、人混みはなく、夜も静かでとても良かったです。

Cons:

お手洗いのトイレットペーパーホルダーの位置が、両手で切る事が難しい位置にあり、かなり使いづらかった事と、丸い可動の鏡の位置が高すぎて使えなかった事と、お部屋のデスク横の鏡も位置が悪すぎて、椅子に座った状態で使えなかったです。

周りが静か

Cons:

洗面所の排水が、めちゃくちゃ悪い
インバウンド向けなのかもしれないが朝食ブュッフェに和食経験のものが一切無かった。
