Pros:

お部屋は清潔感がありました！
コーヒーや紅茶にお茶など飲み放題で、デザートも1人1個ですがありました！

Cons:

チェックイン時にドリンクやデザートがあるという説明がなかったので、2泊目でロビーで発見したので、1泊目は損した気分になりました！
連泊するとアメニティの補充だけで、ベッドメイキングやお掃除をしてもらえなかったので、ベッドに寝るのが気持ち悪かったです！せめてバスマットぐらいは交換して欲しかったです。
フロントの男性の方は皆さん愛想良かったのですが、若い女性のフロントの方は慣れていないのか、外出から戻ってルームキーをもらうのに10分以上かかったし、無愛想で気分悪かったです！

コンパクトだけどせせこましい感じはしなかったです。

場所がハッキリしていなかったので、Googleナビで向かったらすご〜く遠回りでした。フロントで近道をお教えいただきましたが、ウェブサイトに行き道の案内が出てれば良かったなと思います。

Great location in Akasaka.
Pros:

Great location in Akasaka. Close to trains, restaurants, shopping and galleries/museums.

Cons:

Reserved an upgraded double room with a queen size bed. Room was very small even by Japanese standards. Good sized bathroom however.
