Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble
Pros:

La grande gentillesse de tout le personnel de l'hôtel, la chambre privilège de grand confort, le salon privilège.

Cons:

Le restaurant Sakura, cuisine sèche et nourriture semblant dater de plusieurs jours. Service privilège au restaurant avec carte limitée, nous avons mangé au buffet Janubio les 2 derniers jours (nourriture aussi bonne). La réservation de transats, certains hôtels les réglementent sans difficultés, ce devrait être le cas ici (par exemple par la personne qui surveille les lieux de baignade).

Pros:

La chambre était grande avec une belle vue sur mer.
Belles piscines et salle de sport sympa
Accès à une belle promenade le long de la mer

Cons:

La literie était très inconfortable (lit trop dur et oreiller trop gros ou trop plat) résultat des douleurs cervicales durant tout mon séjour
La climatisation veillotte ne refroidissait pas bien la chambre ayant le soleil toute la journée
Le petit déjeuner très passable
Le ménage de la chambre était négligée.
Et le personnel était assez désagréable dans son ensemble

Pros:

Nos gustó todo mucho, menos el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, que todos los dias que hemos estado, se olvidaban de hacer algo en la habitación. Dejando de lado lo anterior, el hotel es espectacular, el servicio de atención al cliente y recepción, de diez, ( Gracias Aitana).

Cons:

No nos gustó el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones. Tendrían que estar mas pendiente en ese sentido.

Very enjoyable stay overall
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent plenty of options. Lots of swimming pools with plenty of space available. Rooms were clean and staff very helpful

Cons:

Aircon had a leak during the middle of the night. The lunch options weren’t the greatest
