Sorpresa en Lanzarote
Pros:

Me alojé durante 8 días con mi pareja en régimen de media pensión. El buffet del restaurante Janubio nos gustó mucho ya que era completo y variado. Además te daban la opción de cambiar la cena por la comida. De los restaurantes temáticos fuimos al italiano que también nos gustó mucho y al Volcán que también fue una grata sorpresa.

Se nota que cuidan cada detalle para qué estés a gusto y es de agradecer que hagan un seguimiento de tu estancia.

Tienen actividades de animación durante el día lo cual hace que la estancia sea más divertida y amena.

Además, quiero agradecer los diferentes detalles de cortesía que tuvieron con nosotros puesto que hicieron la estancia más completa.

Cons:

En concreto la terraza de nuestra habitación tenía falta de mantenimiento y aunque pone que está prohibido reservar las hamacas con la toalla la gente lo hace igualmente.

Pros:

The design od the resort is beautiful and you immediately feel the tropical vibes upon arrival.
The resort is also huge! We were a little confused about where to go at first but you just have to follow the signs.
We really enjoyed being able to walk straight out of the resort and take a morning walk by the ocean.
The breakfast is great!

Cons:

Honestly, the room was not cleaned properly. The floor was dusty and the bathroom could have been cleaner. It wasn’t disgustingly dirty, but in my experience hotel rooms are usually exceptionally clean upon arrival. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

We only tried one a la carte restaurant, the Steakhouse. Before ordering, I asked whether my burrito could be made with chicken only and I was assured that it could. However, the dish that was served contained pork, I felt unwell after the first bite and was unable to continue eating the main course. When the waiter later collected my plate which was full he did not ask whether everything is ok, unforunately the staff seemmed very busy throughout the evening so I was unable to speak to anyone when I first realized the mistake.

My husband ate the steak and said the food is poor quality, so I would recommend avoiding this and just eat at a buffet.

Hotel con altura de miras
Pros:

Todo en general, pero sobre todo la amabilidad y la profesionalidad del personal, ha sido magnífico. Las instalaciones son geniales dignas de un hotel a la altura de miras, excelente comida, muy variada y fresca, sin duda alguna volvería a este hotel sin dudarlo.

Cons:

No tengo nada malo que decir al respecto. Por dar una pequeña crítica constructiva es que no hay plato de ducha, la bañera para un hotel de esta categoría queda muy obsoleta.

Vacanza in famiglia, spettacolare. Ci hanno accolto con pasticcini e cava! Ci hanno assegnato due abitazioni di livello superiore a quelle prenotate e offerto la possibilità della mezza pensione ad in prezzo veramente stracciato. Mangiare al top! Dalla colazione alla cena. Veramente un'esperienza unica. Complimenti torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura. Bravi.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, greeted at reception by a glass of cava! Stunning environment to spend my holiday. Wonderful sea view from my balcony. Room was stunning. Great breakfast and dinner with extra options for dinner (different restaurants). Very quiet place to stay considering how large the complex is. Would love to stay there again!

Cons:

The gym was too small. It was busy so access to equipment was limited. Buffet dinner options ran low due to the high crowd of people; they could be replenished quicker. A distance from playa blanca also, approx 45mins walk or bus that takes 15mins or so

En general todo fue estupendo, lo único que lamentamos es no haber podido disfrutar de ningùn restaurante temático por no haber disponibilidad de plazas, estaba todo ocupado. Habrá que volver!

El hotel está estupendo, las piscinas, la comida y el ambiente

Cons:

Nunca había disponibilidad para cenar en los restaurantes a la carta, al pagar todo incluido esperas disfrutar de estos otros restaurantes pero nunca hay reserva disponible. Al ser así deberían habría todos los días para los que pagan tanto dinero puedan disfrutar

Thoughly enjoy it and would go back.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Premises were comfortable and very clean. Facilities were great and so was the location. I would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Food was not as good as last time we were there. Though it was quite good, you would expect slightly better quality for a 5 star hotel. Cocktail menu did not have many options.

Beautiful seafront location and great pools, but property maintenance and service need improvement.
Pros:

Location was great, with a scenic spot on the seafront with views across the water toward Fuerteventura. We enjoyed the large selection of swimming pools and an overall peaceful atmosphere. The all inclusive buffet was good although more variety would have been appreciated.

Cons:

The resort is showing some age, particularly in the rooms. We also experienced a few service inconsistencies, after a housekeeper attempted to enter while we were resting, we agreed she would return in the afternoon, but she never came back. Additionally, we spotted a cockroach in our room one night. The checkout day we got woken up at 8am by the housekeeper asking if we had water for the journey. That seemed odd, especially bacause so early in the morning.
The staff's attitude was a mixed bag, some were incredibly warm, kind, and smiling, while others seemed quite indifferent and serious.

Un dia fantastico
Pros:

Nos encanto todo. Las instalaciones, el trato…. El mejor hotel en el que hemos estado. La habitacion no estaba disponible cuando llegamos y nos dejaron estar en las zonas privilige. Te hacen sentir de verdad de vacaciones!
