Terrible. The beds were hard as a rock and the sofa bed was so thin you could feel the springs coming through.

Terrible service. Asked for housekeeping and towels and never got them. Had a toilet overflow in the room and they brought up a swiffer and spread the toilet water all over the floor! We told them they needed to sop up the water first then mop. How gross. This was after we already moved rooms once because the AC wasn't working. They brought us an old work fan that was filthy to use until we asked to move rooms.

Wouldn’t come back
Pros:

The staff was awesome and tried to correct the problem (she kind of did) but it was the mattress. She resolved(?) it fast. Staff was definitely A1

The sofa bed was NASTY and the shower curtain had mold on it.

The only reason I would stay again is because of the location. But i prefer just spending a little more on a better loca

The location was absolutely amazing

Cons:

I had two rooms my kids room the door was getting stuck and their sheets were stained. There was only one working elevator. Paid for parking and there was no more spots to park.

Pros:

I only liked the property location .

Cons:

I didn’t like that I had arrived in a dirty room, the breakfast was cheap , none of the elevators worked . Only 1 out of 4 elevators was functional. Loud neighbors couldn’t sleep at night
