Pros:

It was a convenient location to most things. The staff were very friendly! The breakfast had a nice selection.

Cons:

To be told I had to pay additional parking per vehicle per night after booking a nonrefundable stay.

That coffee isn't served all day or at least early morning prior to the breakfast buffet opening.

Lovely place to stay fully recommend
Pros:

Everything we didn’t want to leave we got the top floor which was absolutely beautiful the rooms were clean and well looked after location was perfect and staff were all amazing

Very disappointing. Would never consider staying here.

Rooms were grubby. Room had a terrible layout. The room smelled old and musty. Bed and linens were poor quality. Sofa was stained. We ended up leaving the property an hour after check in. Checking in took 30 minutes.

Pros:

Upon arrival we were greeted by staff which went well. When entering room we found dirty washcloths & socks from prior guess. Went down to inform desk attendant she stated that housekeeper supervisor would be informed about this and that she would send someone to clean the room next day. We were there for a total of three days and no one ever came to clean the room or take trash out our entire stay. Had to go downstairs to get extra towels& washcloths there was only 1 of each in the room when we arrived. My husband and I never saw a housekeeper on the floor our entire stay. We have used this hotel before and it was a very pleasant stay. But this time it was totally not as pleasant and on top of that there was even a parking charge of $33 dollars a night which I feel was truly different from my prior stay. I was told that it was under new management since my last stay. I really like the location of this hotel and hope that it gets better that what I experienced this weekend.

Room furniture updates may help, most surfaces were dusty. Enjoyed the great location! and staff.

Great Location, very friendly staff.

Cons:

Room dirty, surfaces dusty, couch quite old and stained, sofa bed mattress stained with something that looked like "blood", room stuffy, in general room did not feel clean, king bed mattress was fair bed frame dusty, sofa bed mattress was dirty and uncomfortable. The room did not seem spotless and ready for us.

Check in was sub par because desk agent didn’t explain parking. Charged full parking for a visitor
