Ok, but not 5*
Pros:

Staff was very friendly.
Breakfast was very good.
Gym was Ok.

Cons:

Old room, not 5*. Several details are very outdated.
The hotel has no place to seat, bar by the lobby, everything quite unusual.
Needs some refurbishing.

Есть бассейн, как крытый, так и на улице. Не большой спортзал, полотенца свежие возле.

Вообще не стоит своих денег. В нашем номере было всё (кроме полотенец) для одного человека, даже одна банка воды, за вторую, которую выпили, доплатили 14 реалов. Между входной дверью в номер и коридором щель, ночью светит свет оттуда! Душ и туалет за стеклянной дверью, вода подтекает из душа в общую комнату и туалет. Кондиционера для волос не было, банка была пустая, и конечно же я это обнаружила, уже находясь в душе, попросить наполнить возможности уже не было. Номер уставший, хотя постельное белье чистое. Нет тапочек и халатов, а отель вроде 5 звезд. По завтраку, одно горячее блюдо, и меня бы это устроило, но качество скрэмбла ужасное (жаль не успела сфотографировать), просто заветренное блюдо стояло для гостей, такое недопустимо! В остальном всё было вкусно.

Excelente localização e ótimo anfitrião, mas precisa de ajustes na limpeza e utensílios
Pros:

A localização para nós foi ótima: como fomos participar de uma corrida com largada no Parque do Povo, ficamos a apenas 1 km do hotel. Há também dois shoppings enormes praticamente colados ao prédio. O chuveiro é excelente, o espaço é bom, fica em um andar alto 19º e com uma vista muito bonita. O estacionamento com manobrista incluso também é um grande diferencial. Além disso, o anfitrião é muito rápido nas respostas e resolve qualquer imprevisto com muita agilidade.

Cons:

O que tirou a nota máxima foi a parte dos utensílios e da higienização: faltavam facas e havia apenas dois garfos (que estavam tortos), além de não ter pano de prato na cozinha. A limpeza de um modo geral também deixou a desejar (cozinha, banheiro e utensílios). Ajustando esses pontos, com certeza será nota máxima da próxima vez.
