Lovely staff.
Pros:

Fabulous staff. Clean and quiet on floor 11.

Cons:

The prices were bonkers. Went from £130 on first night of 3, to £340 on last night. Parking was a nightmare.

Great pre-cruise stay.
Pros:

Location is great. Close to stores, park and transportation. Great for pre-cruise stays. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Can’t say didn’t like but i felt the building is older. Little pricey for the quality of the room.

Pros:

Everything was very good

Cons:

I first paid for 5days non refundable but booked two days early than my first booking. I paid for the two days on arrival but wanted stay another 3 days on my 5days and asked to be refund the two days or exchanged for my breakfast but it not possible I had to lose 2 days without refund. I was treated unfairly.
