Too far away from Cruise terminal! Too far away from bus station. Otherwise a nice hotel!
Needed a Taxi from Bus station and cruise terminal. Also limited restaurants nearby.

It was well located for our purpose of stay before boarding cruise. Food & bar were excellent for relaxing and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room with very comfortable bed. Beside beautiful park and close to city centre. We usually stay here when before and after cruises. On other side of the park there is a bus stop for the airport.
No complaints
The location was easy to get to by taxi from the cruise terminal and to the national bus depot for the bus to Heathrow. The room was a good size with the usual tea and coffee facilities and a good size bathroom. The restaurant was very accommodating to modifying our meal and the staff throughout the hotel were always friendly and helpful.
We found the bed a bit firm for our liking.
