It was perfectly placed for the city centre. Comfy bar area and really nice room. Staff were very helpful and accommodating when we wanted a late checkout.
Normally always prefer on site car parking, but Grosvenor square was close enough. Would have been useful to know there was a pick up drop off area in front of the hotel somewhere in the booking details. Small issue with room but didn’t affect our enjoyment of the hotel!!

Very helpful on reception at all times.
I forgot to put the 'Make up my room' sign on the door, so perhaps that's why our bed was not made. Tea and cups were replaced.
I didn't have a hairdryer in my room but this was quickly rectified when I asked on reception.
