Cuando hicimos la reserva mas de un mes antes, nos llegó un correo preguntando si celebrabamos una ocasión especial y les indicamos que íbamos a celebrar nuestro cumpleaños.
Esperamos alguna atención y no se dió.
Tambien nos pareció terrible que fuimos a desayunar, dimos numero de habitación al llegar al restaurante y subieron a cobrarnos el desayuno.

Porque no lo hicieron en el mismo momento del ingreso?
El ir a cobrarte a la habitación ha sido de total mal gusto

Ha sido una estadía desagradable.

Excelente ubicación si quieres conocer el Centro de Puebla
Pros:

Ubicación céntrica, cercana a puntos turísticos. Excelente regadera.

Cons:

El pago de la reservación por booking no incluye el estacionamiento. El costo de la estancia de la mascota es un poco elevado comparado a otros hoteles, no incluye camita ni platitos para la mascota.

I Like NH Hotels
Pros:

The photos of the hotel room seem spartan and minimal. But, I've stayed at NH Hotels in Spain and Buenos Aires, and that seems to be their design motif.

Despite the hotel looking a little weathered around the edges, it's still a comfortable place. There's a tiny rooftop pool/sundeck, a gym, and several large event spaces on the top floor. There's an onsite restaurant that serves a buffet breakfast (including an omelette station)--7am to 12pm--though most of the hot dishes are Mexican-based. It's open for dinner, too. Also, there's a little cafe that serves coffee, tea, pastries and sandwiches. The hotel staff is pleasant and friendly.

FYI: First, some nearby restaurants around the hotel close early, (around 6-7 pm). But, the eateries by the El Zocalo--2 blocks away--have longer hours. Also, the hotel's in a busy commercial district, and there can be grid lock in the surrounding streets. Keep that in mind if you order a Uber/taxi.

Grato hóspedaje con excelente ubicación .
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el check in fue expedito , su personal es cordial y nos ayudó con nuestra solicitud de habitación alejada del ruido , la habitación cómoda y amplia asi como el baño , el aseo muy bien realizado .Destaco su desayuno el cual es variado y abundante con reposición constante , el personal que atiende el servicio del desayuno es muy cordial y está siempre atento a los requerimientos de los húespedes.. ¡¡Felicitaciones !!!

Puebla tiene un toque de magia que definitivamente hace que tu busques un regreso pronto.
Pros:

El hotel tiene facilidades para poder descansar en una área céntrica, con capacidad de llegar al sitio sin tener que depender de eventos en Centro Histórico que puedan promover el que se cierren accesos al hotel. Staff ayuda bastante tanto en área de restaurante como en recepción. El check-out muy sencillo y rápido de realizar.

Cons:

Al momento del check-in, hubo demora considerable de hasta 30-45 minutos, igual no ayudó que llegó un grupo grande previo a nosotros, sin embargo, pudieron haber encontrado diferentes formas de apoyar en el check-in. A lo mejor y adelantando cierta información vía digital que favorezca acortar estos tiempos, podría ser.

Una estancia en general bastante agradable.
Pros:

Una excelente ubicación al centro. Su baño muy espacioso. El personal muy amable

Cons:

Los horarios de la alberca, podrían extenderlo para más tarde, sólo para adultos. Toallas insuficientes deberían de poner dos por persona, pues si va uno a la alberca es necesario otra.
