Decepcionante.
Pros:

La ubicación céntrica dentro del centro hisopo de Puebla y el bufete es aceptable. La chef 10/10 preparaba muy buenos omelette

Cons:

Empezando por la primera impresión el lobby estaba bien descente, esperaba una buena habitación porque era una junior (algo asi) lamentablemente cuando entré a la habitación despedía un aroma a sucio, no era aroma a drenaje si no como a baño sucio, a cuarto encerrado. Laa cama era una King size pensé que iba a dormir super agusto y el colchón durisimo. Además las sabanas no se sentían limpias y olían exageradamente a cloro. El baño estaba lleno de sarro y partes con moho, la habitación tenía tina de baño, me dió desconfianza por la falta de limpieza y no la usé.
Aparte solo el primer día entraron a limpiar en forma al día siguiente ni si quiera toallas limpias nos dejaron y se veía todo prácticamente igual, solo sacaron la basura de los botes.

Boa experiência de hospedagem em NH de Puebla.
Pros:

O Hotel NH do Centro histórico de Puebla é muito bem localizado, fica a duas quadras do Zócalo, onde está a catedral e onde se concentram os restaurantes, lojinhas. Do Hotel é possível andar a pé para os principais pontos turísticos da cidade. O pessoal da recepção foi muito atencioso, solícito, nos ajudou com transfer e passeios turísticos. O café da manhã é muito bom, com muita variedade e, para quem gosta, há muitas opções de comida mexicana. O quarto era muito bom, espaçoso, a cama super confortável.

Cons:

Talvez por uma questão cultural, os prestadores de serviço recebem sempre gorjeta dos clientes. Por essa razão, nos sentimos meio que "assediados" pelos garçons do café da manhã porque eles queriam gorjeta. No entanto, como já havíamos pagado o café no ato da reserva, não nos vimos na "obrigação" de dar gorjeta. Um dia, um dos garçons se demonstrou bastante chateado porque nós não lhe demos gorjeta e nós nos sentimos constragidos com a situação.

Breakfast needs variety of diferent eggs dishes even know they made to order ,wait time it could take little longer and back up the flow of other people . rest of food items were good. You bathrooms it seems little outdated .it may need some remodel per haps
