Not real friendly staff
Staff were very good
Was an hour away from most attractions
Our 3rd time here over the years and we always look forward to returning as it’s really one of the nicest, best-run and friendliest HGI’s in the whole chain (this from someone with over 650 Hilton nights). The good times began with an App-Chat with Cass, who assured us she was coordinating with housekeeping for our timed arrival. Sure enough, even before we got to the hotel, a message our room was ready. Zaya on the front desk took over with the superb Hilton hospitality next and warmly greeted us, gave the hotel’s particulars and made sure to give a call if we needed anything. The room — a King 1-Bedroom Whirlpool Suite — was fabulous: wet bar, giant tub along with a separate shower, very spacious living room with pull-out sofa couch, easy chairs and a desk, even an extra guest bathroom (toilet and sink) at the front door. Windows opened for a breeze. There was even complimentary coffee in the lobby slightly before breakfast hours. Fitness room had plenty of towels, the usual machines and free weights. As always here, a very good show and thank you so much, GM Russell. See you again for sure!
Quiet
Staff wasn't available at check in for over 10 minutes and rude when appearing
We were welcome with open arms by Cass and Russ. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and was spacious. The team gave us great Insight on what to do while in Utah on the further legs of our journey. Coming from California there's so much to explore and we really didn'tknow where to start. We came in tired and they made usbfeel like family. Linda the breakfast attendant was so courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal. I highly highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn for any stay you may have. Ask for Russ
Close to freeway and restaurants.
Nothing
Great
Room Shower was hard to use due to handle would not stay where it was set. it would move back to a different position The sink peatrap has something in it that gives off a smell, had to keep drain closed to fix poblem.
Clean, yummy breakfast, sweet check in gal!
I didn't eat it because I was told it was like $10-$20.
The mattresses were hard.
Felt nickeled & dimed every time I turned around. Wallpaper peeling in the room. Not enough hot water. Will not be staying there again.

The Television was down. “Server was having problems. They are in contact. Nothing Hilton can do.”
So we aren’t able to watch the Olympics.
We stay here once or twice a year and haven’t had this problem before.
Also wondering why Hilton Garden Inn Diamond Members breakfast voucher is different in different locations. In some locations, the voucher covers the buffet. This one, which is always booked up, seems to be more expensive.
The rooms are basic. Clean. No oders. But a far cry from luxurious.
