Le personnel n’a pas honoré ma réservation effectuée sur Booking, en prétextant qu’il n’y avait plus de place, alors qu’ils continuaient pourtant à accueillir d’autres clients. Cela donnait clairement l’impression d’une sélectivité bien définie de la part de l’hôtel

Service hôtelier pas à la hauteur du lieu pourtant plein de potentiel.
Pros:

L’emplacement, le cadre, l’architecture intérieure, l’aménagement, la piscine.

Cons:

Wifi incertain et pas fiable très agaçant. La chambre suite ambassadeur, pas aménagée correctement: manque prise de courant niveau chevet, manque d’éclairage niveau chevet aussi.
Lumière ambiante dans la chambre degueulasse par rapport au lieu. Salle de bain éclairage manquant ou très mal positionné. Attendre une serviette de toilette pendant 2h pour se doucher pas vraiment classe niveau service. Montant fenêtres pas hermétique, simple vitrage, bruit de l’avenue adjacente. Insonorisation des chambres pas terrible.

Lo que más me gustó era lo cómodo y fresquito que era el hotel, la paz que había y que el personal hacía que te sintieras muy cómodo.

Cons:

No habían muchas opciones en el desayuno, faltaba además más opciones sin gluten pero es cierto que había poca capacidad y que seguramente no quieren tirar comida.

Le personnels aux petits soins tous sans exceptions au petit déjeuner à l’accueil très gentil et d’une efficacité incroyable serveur également tout etait parfait la dame au petit déjeuner qui fait les msemen incroyable et l’emplacement n’en parlons pas a 4min de la place et 5 min à pieds de gueliz McDo starbuck carrefour etc tout à proximité sans taxi à pieds et situer dans un très beau quatier l’hivernage idéal pour les personnes a pieds et qui aisément les beaux restaurants et la simplicité du souk end en meme temps
