La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Hôtel vieillot surtout pour un 4 étoiles, de nombreuses taches ou usure sur la moquette dans les couloirs, pas de bouteilles d’eau d’accueil ni même un le plateau de courtoisie. Chambre à refaire… cher pour l’état et la prestation de l’hôtel

Pros:

Near to the Hospital and the Shopping Centre. Reasonable sound proofing. Under ground car park. Clean and modern. Good bar service.

Cons:

The high bath - very difficult for older people to climb into to shower. We have stayed twice and both times the room cleaner knocked on the door at 09:00 even though we weren't due to checkout till 12:00.

Excelente servicio de su personal.
Pros:

Resalto el servicio del personal del hotel que desprenden amabilidad y servicio. Resulta sobresaliente ya que en hoteles y restaurantes en el país, regularmente el servicio es muy basto.

Se encontraba situado el hotel en una avenida. La ventana de la habitación tenía unos orificios por la parte inferior y hacia entrar el ruido del exterior en la noche
